Check windshield wipers one fell off after we turned it on and the metal was exposed so we had to buy a new one

Ryan FigginsI asked for assistance with hooking up and I was told they cannot guarantee someone can hook it up. They also stated that they would be checking it before I leave and taking a picture. When they checked and took the picture, they missed the fact that it was not secure. The trailer came off the hitch when I hit a small bump and grazed my vehicle. Thankfully I was not on a main road and no other vehicles, people or property were injured or damaged.
Kristina MulvilleStaff member made us get back in the UHAUL and drive it over to another location on their lot to park it and made us unhitch the tow dolly for them. Totally unacceptable when it's their job to arrange their inventory upon drop off.

Steven SzydlowskiI did not have an issue with Shepards. I did have a huge issue with my equipment not being at the pick up location that uhaul told me it would be at. I had reserved a truck to be at street sounds and tint on western blvd in jacksonville. A day prior to pick up, i get a text to pick up at a different location a few miles out of my way. Then when i drive to pick it up, the person working says they do not have that truck available. Ridiculous! He has to call around to find me a new truck. When he does find one, it was 12 more miles out of the way in Sneads Ferry. Luckily they had one. This was very unprofessional and really took away alot of my time. I will not be a return customer.

RUSSELL MAYNo words can describe my stressful experience with uhaul this past Saturday. I’ve been using the company for over 30 years and will NEVER call them again. From arriving in New Bern NC to pick up my truck (driving two hours to get there) to find none available (after I confirmed the pickup) then being told my truck pickup was another 1.5 hours away in Snead’s Ferry, NC. I received no call informing me of a change. I had no choice but to spend more time and money driving to pick up the truck because of my new job in Fayetteville NC on Monday. We arrived at 9 (the time confirmed) and wound up not starting the move until a little before 1 pm. I had a helper with me and was paying him by the hour. Extra costs. Extra time all around. Almost 4 hours behind on my move. So frustrated by the lack of concern by all. Never ever ever again.
