Hello, Could a manager please call me as I'm disputing this invoice. Initially, I reserved the van for the location at 7400 Ogontz Ave, Philadelphia PA. for a 7:30 am pickup on October 2, 2021 and return 7pm the same date. After that location and time was booked a representative called stating that they didn't have the vehicle available at chosen location and my reservation was moved to 5040 Belfield Philadelphia Pa. unbeknownst to me that they didn't even open until 9:30 am. I got there the morning of October 2nd @ 7:30am to find the location closed. I went about my day, handled errands as it was my moving day. Around 11 am a representative from the Belfield location called me asking was I still coming to get the van because he had a customer in front of him that wanted it. I expressed yes I would be there but due to the time change with the reservations I had other things to attend to first. I picked the van up at: October 2nd @ 3:45 PM 5040 Belfield Ave Philadelphia Pa Return time: October 3rd @ 3:45PM same location However, once again I get to the contractual location and sure enough they're close, only this time they don't even open on Sundays, at all! I called the number I had with no answer. Without wanting to leave the van outside of the locked gate I took it to 7400 Ogontz Ave( the place I originally reserved at) and the van was received by a representative named, Rojae Rodger. I will never use the mobile pick up again. I got a truck that was less than half full on gas so I filled the gas back up to the level o got it at and I'm still being charged for gas. If I had known I would've been charged extra I wouldn't have bothered to fill the gas back up to begin with.Jaleesa B.

I scheduled a U-Haul rental at a location over 45 minutes from this location approximately a month prior to my move date. My pickup needed to be at 7 am. The night before the move, I was informed that the location I picked, did not have my truck available. Also, the location I needed to go to didn't open until 9:30 am. This caused a great deal of last minute stress and frustration. The U-haul associate I spoke to was rude and unapologetic. What was the point in reserving ahead just to have plans ruined the day before your move. This was very poor customer service. I will likely never use U-haul again. Very disappointing.Nathaniel S.

This place was horrible , the guy who was helping me jump in his car and drove off the lot leaving me standing there. Never told me where the truck was . i had to call the inside of the shell house spoke to a lady to get instruction. Then i couldn't pull the hatch door down because i was to short and i called back inside for some assistant and the lady stated she would send someone who never came so i drove to the location with it open. And there was 1/4 of gas in the tank, but took money off my card for gas and i put gas back in the tank. I would never every use this location every again unprofessional and lack of customer service.Crystal H.

The cab stank of urine. That needs to be improved, driving the truck was unpleasant. I was late to my pick up (completely my fault, that's not the issue), but when I arrived 2 hours late, the facility employee had not even arrived yet. I checked in ahead of time and should've been ready to go, but I still needed to go inside the facility to get my keys from the employee. If I had been on time, I would've been waiting two hours for him to arrive.KATHLEEN K.

The day I came to pick it up I had to wait and hour because of system problems. The next day the tire on the truck blew out and I was stuck for most of the day waiting on roadside. I didn't make it to the planned destination and make use of the truck because the tire blow out and waiting 3 hours for roadside.pamela M.
