clerk was extremely rude. When asked questions about the order and clarifications for why the charges seemed to differ from what was seen my order, he got abrasive and I had to straight up tell him to never speak to anybody that way. I was livid, it started an already stressful day off on the wrong foot. Because of this, I stared at my receipt trying to make sense of it after the whole ordeal instead of having the clerk explain what's even going on. We were the only people in that location at the time, not like we were clogging up business or anything. He rudely wouldn't address my partner either despite them speaking directly to him. I cannot fathom why someone would deal with people in such a way when quite literally basic questions and clarifications were asked of him. Truly awful, that guy was awful. The truck was fine, back cabin could have used a scrub.MICHAEL C.

The service was very good. The truck was clean but had a discusting smell of cat pee. Horrible when you need to spend hours in that truck... If not for that I would have given 5 starsEric A.
You have to clean the truck inside because I have never seen a dirtier rental truck, also you have to respect the contract. I was charged 18$ for insurance, although I never asked to have them. The reservation was made by internet.MARIUS VIOREL O.

The dealer was 40 minutes late: my appointment was at 8:30 and he arrived at 9:10, thinking it was at 9:00â€¦ There was a lot of confusion with equipment rental, the dealer at this location didn't want me to take any equipment because it was a one-way trip, even though I had reserved it through my agreement with Uhaul. Eventually things got sorted out and the people at the location were very nice, but I kept a bad impression because it was poorly organized and we were on a tight schedule. We ended up having to pay extra for the movers because it took longer since they arrived before us due to our delays.FELIX L.

I made a reservation at a completely different location and had to go all the way to the East Island to pick up the truck onmy already busy moving day. They did not include the (essential) dolly and gave me too many pads. When checking in, the employee could not speak English well enough over the phone for me to be assured that I had done everything necessary. They also gave me the wrong return address from the one I had chosen online, making me have to drive a longer distance to return the truck. The employee at pickup location was not wearing a mask. The truck was dirty and the rear latch did not work. I'm extremely displeased by the service I received and will never use U-Haul again. I will actively recommend that friends and family use any other service besides uhaul.Ian H.
The location was incredibly inconsiderate and even aggressive when I requested a change in pickup location. I quote, "Your truck is here, are you going to pick it up or what?!" Despite my requesting a pickup location an hour and a half closer to me. When I picked up the truck the attendant was friendly, but claimed the truck was "brand new" and so did not require a damage pre-inspection, despite it having a lot of surface damage and nearly 100,000 miles on it. I will never use this uhaul location again and would recommend to friends to stay as far away as possible. My worst uhaul experience yet.MARCOS DINIZ C.

It was the worst experience that I have ever had. I rented a truck at your location situated on 10750 Henri-Bourassa E. at the Shell station. Took down my contact information and called me later during the day to authorize payment on my card by phone. The following day after picking and dropping off the truck. Made payment and adjusted for extra km done. A few hours later during the night I received notifications that my card has been used. Two transactions were charged. I immediately called my bank of the situation. I have never given my card number over the phone except for this one time to rent a truck from a respected company U-Haul. This is how I get paid back. A police report was issued the following day. This morning I called U-Haul customer service. I explained the situation to the lady who answered and asked to speak to a manager. She took down my contact information and assured me that someone would call me back. It is now 7h48pm and I haven't received a call. Please rectify this situation quickly . This is not how a customer should be received and taken advantage of. You do have my contact information and I will be expecting a call. GraciasCLEMENT T.
