The location couldnt have known but one rear wheel was very low on air, it didnt notice untill we loaded and spent an hour finding a gas station with a working airline! I made the location aware and they are going to see if it has a slow leak.chris E.
Arrived and performed the check in on my phone, only to have an error at the end of it and have to redo it all. Once I went in to check in, the girl representative felt unhappy to serve me, but then sent me out to grab the trailer. On my walk around, one tire was completely flat. I went back in and raised the issue, and asked if she could activate the air pump so I could pump it up, she proceeded to tell me that it just came in and wasn't sure why it was flat, and that she would not lend me the $2 to start the air compressor. She gave me the uhaul number to contact for a reimbursement. Very unprofessional and obviously not checking their equipment.Mitchell H.

The woman was very rude when I came to get the truck. We had to put air in the tire and the air hose at garage did not work after we put 2 bucks in and we told her and she just said ok. Then we looked at truck and took pics thank goodness cause when we returned it another girl said there were 6 moving blankets in truck. There were no blankets at all. Finally after her debating that the truck comes with blankets for 10 mins. I asked how much the total was and she said â€œYou will get an emailâ€ and went to another customer. Will never use this place again and will tell others not to. Truck had a smell in it as well that we kept windows cracked open even though it was rainingLes W.

The truck that we ordered almost a month in advance of our move was not available. They provided a smaller truck for a discounted price however once I received my Visa bill they had charged me for the bigger truck price.Janis T.

Truck was a"pig pen" and I asked if it had been sanitized and they said yes - I had wipes and cleaned the driver side - took three wipes to clean and the first two were almost black before the third one showed some form of cleanliness. What does that say about your regard to the prevention of COVID 19. The rear of the truck was also a disgrace and when I got home I swept and vacuumed it so we could pt our furniture in, Very disappointedDerek D.

Terrible misleading address and spent more money on the kilometres driving home and driving back to return it. Artrea from my house is 15 mins away and where the shell gas station is is Cumberland beach so it 20 to 25 minutes away and you also took additional payment out of my account and now I have to wait 3 additional days to get that back and to there was no contract to sign or read for additional charges like environment charge and we never used the dolly.richard B.

I am not sure it was the location rather than Uhaul as the location we had to pick up from was 65 miles from where I thought we were to pick up the truck. I wanted a one way rental which turned out to be same location. Then had to fight for extra kms at no charge. The truck needed to have the tires balanced, bouncing all the way down the highway. My wife dealt with the location and she said they were fine, again it was corporate who arranged location pick up. I can't imagine there wasn't a truck available closer the 65 miles awayJohn K.

The return attendant had no idea how to process the return and wasted 40 minutes of my day before I did the return myself online. Service was no existent and rude.Spencer C.
If you GPS this location should you not know the area your GPS will take you to a location on HWY 11 north of Orillia where you cannot exit and there are no businesses, then I try to call the contact number that was left with my confirmation and no one will answer the phone. Try it, I was left driving around for 50 minutes trying to figure out where I was suppose to go. Although the equipment was clean the left tire was bald and I had concerns whether or not I would be able to complete my move without a mechanical failure.Raymond B.
The truck leaked, it soaked my mattress and left a large stain. Many other boxes and other items were wet and had to be pulled out to dry. I would never recommend to use Uhaul. In fact I would recommend against using it.JULIE C.

This is the second time I've had issues with uhaul. When I picked up my uhaul I asked to switch the drop off location to a closer location and the lady said yeah thatd no problem... low and behold it was a problem. They did not change anything and did not communicate anything. When I went to drop off the uhaul the guy at uhaul tried to call to confirm and the other uhaul place doesn't answer their phone at all so he was going to have to charge me over 200 dollars for a 70$ rental... how fucking ridiculous... so I had to drive to the other uhaul costing me more money in mileage... I would not recommend uhaul to anyone ever!Marlee C.

The staff here was unfriendly, and rude. She had no patience or interest in explaining the bill to me as it seemed quite high. She showed no interest in us in anyway. I realize she works for the gas station but represented Uhaul abhorrently. The whole situation was uncomfortable and frustrating. I would never refer this location to ANYONE. I'm not sure I would recommend Uhaul either.Sandee P.

The attendant was not expecting us to drop off the truck here. After completing the mobile drop off, we searched for the key box but could not find it. The attendant told us to give her the key, but could not find any information about us when she searched the database. She insisted we leave the key with her and asked that we write our name/phone number on a sheet of paper as confirmation. I'm still anxious about this strange drop off experience!Michael S.
When I arrived to pick up the truck it was stuck in snow and ice.I was provided a shovel and salt to dig it out myself. I spent a half hour getting the truck out. This is terrible service, I paid to rent the truck it should have been ready for me. Not to mention the fact that I could have been injured while digging the truck out. When I returned the truck there was only one person working who could not go out to the truck to check the mileage and fuel level, again I had to go out and do the work of the supplier by taking pictures with my phone. This pick up location was our second pick. The original pick up was in Gravenhurst at 141 Phillip St. At the time of booking on line they indicated that it was open on Sunday June 17th. I called ahead to confirm, because we were coming in from out of town, and was informed that it would be closed. The girl Emily was rude and of no help what so ever. We found the second location and Rema was extremely helpful and fixed us up right away.Robert T.

I put in $125 worth of gas and maybe used $20 worth! It only had little gas in it when I picked it up! Is there refunds on the gas? I only used the truck for about 4-5 hours too! I returned way early!Timothy H.
Location was changed the morning of my rental to a location further from my home, with no mention of a reduced rate on distance traveled. We were moving to a house only 1.9 km away. Very casual check in and check out, without staff member visually checking truck for damages on check out.MATT K.

No equipment available ie rope, matts, etc. BTW-- I ordered matts for this truck and they were not there. Thankfully I brought some of my own. I did everything pre- check-in because the girl there really has very little time for U-Haul while running a store and gas station.Brian C.

One young lady multi tasking with gas station, coffee shop, UHaul office, and variety store....which in her defence, she did well. Additional staff required at all times in my opinion. Our dropped off truck and one other trailer, apparently only UHaul equipment on site.Kevin C.
Half of the trailer lights were not workig. One tire was nearly bald. Reservation system was not working properly when I picked up the trailer. Employee did not actually go outside and look at the trailer with me before I took it away.Gordon B.
