The pick up process is good, but the truck wasn't filled up to full when I picked up which was very confusing. It only have about 3/8 tank full and I ended up filling 3/8 tank more than I used. For nowadays gas price it was $30 more than I should spend.ZHIFEI L.

Lights on trailer did not work. Had to scramble to find another er trailer in area. Then told at other location the transaction would not go through because the towing vehicle with trailer wets not rated to haul the towed vehicle. It was fine in original on line reservation and I have towed in this combo 4 x previously. They said the actual trailer they had was not rated for the weight. BUT then they called and tweaked the system to get it to work. Seemed kinda sketchy.Ronald M.

I went through the online/mobile return confirmation process which was fairly simple. However, I was asked to pay for fuel and I DID NOT approve the fuel charge because I left the fuel level the same as when I picked up the rental truck. Again, I did not approve the fuel charge and a message advised that someone would be called me within the next 48 hours to discuss the fuel charge. No one contacted me as of 9/9/2021 and I was charged the fuel charge, again, WITHOUT, my approval and NO ONE from uHaul contacted me to discuss this matter. I am requesting a full refund of the fuel charge please.JUAN V.

Was greeted by friendly staff who explained everything and made the entire process extremely easy. Location was perfect and hours of operation was very convenient.Brent B.
I had to wait for over an hour to meet with the operator, was rushed into renting the only available truck because the other ones needed repair, was told that the price was the same for the large size and medium size. Then I was overcharged, and even though I rented it from a gas station and was under the impression that I could refill the gas there and get a cash discount I was charged an extra fee afterwards. When I tried to call and figure out what happened, I was treated rudely. This is the 3rd uhaul I've rented in a month, and the only bad experience I've had. I will not rent from this location again, and I feel like I was taken advantage of.aaron W.

On August 22, 2020, my nephew and I rented a U-Haul truck from Yemi to move from one house to another in Clemson, SC. Yemi was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Our truck was clean, very well maintained, and operated beautifully. Yemi also had all the extras we needed including blankets and an appliance dolly. I highly recommend Yemi and the U-Haul rental truck location at 219 Pendleton Road in Clemson!elizabeth H.

Our first location at D&J Tire Repair was deplorable. We never felt safe at that location and the owner would easily get an attitude. We watched him get into a shouting match with a customer. When there was a problem with the reservation he refused to do anything and left it to us to complete the check in process. The owner refused to follow Uhaul procedures for protection from COVID.Luckily you office in Charlotte was able to find us a trailer at another location.STEPHAN B.
