Dean CalderoneThey need a better way than a cell phone to upload the driver’s license. It took an extra 10 minutes for them to get it to take and then I had to enter the info myself and it didn’t take that either. All the while I had movers waiting at my place to load! It should be ALOT quicker! The truck was in excellent condition and super easy to drive.

Good thing it only needed the vehicle for 15-20 miles to drive locally, as i wouldn't have felt safe driving it in a highway nor long distance. I also returned the vehicle with 1/4 gas, and now i am noticing that the receipt is showing i returned empty tank.

Patricia WallI would like a call back to discuss my experience with my rental! The person who I assume was the store manager taking care of my u -haul rental very rude and unprofessional!! It was close as becoming an altercation!! He had zero interest of helping me discuss my bill etc!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS U-HAUL STORE UNDER THIS PERSONS MANAGEMENT!! This store is representing u-haul…??? Bad news!!

hillary whittleI was overcharged for gas when I filled up the tank to the exact same spot it was when I picked it up. The receipt shows the tank was below 1/4 when I have a picture showing it was over 1/4 , this was the same location as the needle was when I picked it up. I was charge an extra $68.

Dudley VirgileIt took 20 mins to check in, it’s located at a gas station and the Uhaul business is maintenance off a old android phone. When the phone wouldn’t work I was asked to step out of line 4 times to allow gas station customers to check out their items. I felt like I didn’t matter at all.

Harold CastanedaIf the cockpit was cleaner it would be great. But in general, the situation was not critical, it was not very dirty. However, the body definitely could have been cleaned better. Before using the machine, I had to sweep the floor there.

Trampes WilliamsAdditional charges were applied without verification of gas Guage. Had to debate all the charges including the insurance, which I had declined. The rep at the gas station was not understanding or willing to listen.
Kaushal PANDYAI only drove the truck 5 miles but was charged for 42. The beginning mileage was incorrectly recorded on my contract, which I did not notice and of course have no way of proving. The truck needs a front end adjustment as it is difficult to keep on a straight line.

Richard EbertFix the UHaul app. The worst app I've ever used. Wasted over an hour of time between pick up and drop off. Tried to call for help, but it was over a half an hour wait and received help from the text chat (aka drop the key in the box, ignore the odometer and fuel and the app) quickly, but the app is terrible and would leave you stranded if it wasn't standard business hours.

JACKIE HARSHBARGERMy pickup time was 5:00 AM. However when I went there for online check-in and pick up, the system told me to come at 7:00 AM when the store opens. Secondly, the rental charges were doubled although I had returned the truck within 24 hours (14 hours). The experience with customer care is not so good either as I was waiting for over 1 hour before the call disconnected on its own.
