No key drop box I had to spend an hour on the phone with U-Haul, they told me to put key under seat and lock the truck so I did. The next morning the lady called and was as rude as she could possibly be when all I did was follow the instructions U-Haul gave me.

The only things I had an issue with is the truck was an older truck that pulled to the right a little and even worse when the brakes were applied. The day before my scheduled return date, the service engine light came on, I had no idea if the truck was going to shut down on me or if I was going to make it back to the lot. Other than that the rental truck was fine and served it's purpose.

It was pouring down rain at the time of my drop off. The lady was so welcoming and helpful. I was having trouble back it up and she just went ahead and disconnected the trailer and pushed it back. I highly recommend this place.

Pick up truck had trash all in the bed of the truck. We had to clean it out before we could use it. No drop off box for keys when you return equipment so it’s inconvenient to have to plan a drop off during opened hours

I received a email saying I recently moved out my storage unit and I have not moved any of my stuff from my storage unit and I have not told anyone that I moved out my storage unit I have rented and pray and hope all my stuff still there tomorrow when i check

Make sure you charge THE PERSON WHO IS ACTUALLY RESPONSIBLE for the truck not making it to the drop off location in time.

The truck I ended up with was horrible to drive. There was a lot of shaking in the front end. The AC didn't work at all. The location where I rented the truck was fine and the woman that assisted me was great!! The truck was awful though.

The woman at the desk when I returned the van was EXTREMELY rude. She was having an issue with internet and getting short tempered and when I asked her if I could leave the keys because I couldn’t wait she said, in a very snide and inappropriate tone, “who are you?” I told her my name but that didn’t do anything to lessen her rudeness. I left the keys and she threw them down and SHOUTED at me “you don’t have to be rude about it”. I assure you, I was not. Because of her behavior I will not use this location again.

The online process and the app is horrible!! I rented a uhaul last week with Garrett’s Auto Service as well, and the uhaul was an hour and forty five minutes late arriving. When I called into customer service the rep stated there weren’t any credits for delays. However, the app states guaranteed reservation but apparently it doesn’t matter. Then I reserved another uhaul for this past Friday at Garrett’s Auto Service again. Of course upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was the uhaul wasn’t ready for me once again. Then when I called their office the lady said well I just left the office and I don’t have anything ready. I told her it should have Been ready because I reserved it online. She said well I’ve left the office and I don’t have anything prepared. I told her I was confused as to why it wasn’t ready after reserving it online and I thought that was the whole purpose. She said well uhaul must not have notified me. So I had to change all my plans and the help I had hired had to be canceled as well. I had to delay my plans to Saturday eve with another location and it went more smoothly. However, I feel I am entitled to a refund due to the delays & cancellation on the uhaul and help I had hired and having to completely rearrange my plans. It was a disaster and infuriating!

When we went to pick up our rental truck. The place was closed and there was no trucks there. The owner just happened to be at his home next door and came over to talk to us. He said they send people here all the time on the weekends and we are never open on the weekends. We called the scheduling office to explain that to some one and they were not at all helpful. She said because we were late picking up the truck there was nothing she could do about it. So we explained it again to no avail. We asked for another truck of any size that was close to our location and she said no trucks are left. We hung up and looked for ourselves and went to the nearest Uhaul and there sat a truck the same size we wanted. We went inside and the truck was available. I would not recommend calling the main dispatch office to anyone. It would be best to just so it yourself.

Could not explain over charges and was not helpful at all. They were incorrect in overcharging for miles, gas, and days. We turned in a day early and was not over miles and gas was the same as rental it was sitting on a slant affecting the gauge reading, Not acceptable for us.

If they break down and can not get any help from anyone at u-haul send another company that is available emediatly. And don't make them pay to fix it themselves and then charge them several hundred dollars after they did your employees job for them and paid to put better parts on your equipment

The lady who took my reservation somehow didn't save it. Luckily they still had a truck the day I needed it. The process was a bit slow as she seemed to struggle with the process and said she was new.

Good experience with personnel at this location. However, I had my pickup scheduled for 7am using the 24 hour truck share option. This location doesn't have that available. I was not able to pickup until 9am when the location opened. The uhaul employee who assisted me in making my reservation via phone doesn't work at this location. I'm not sure if it was a system glitch that allowed this. It was very inconvenient for me. An unfortunate situation, but hopefully one that can be remedied for future customers.

I believe the transmission was going out on the unit I rented. I also tried to fill it up with fuel and the pump kept shutting off as it was full. It would not take any more but the gauge did not read full.

I find it ridiculous that I spent closer to $1000 for a truck with no cruise control and a barely functional radio for a 500 mile move.

The staff needs proper training on how to accept payments. They would not let me split the payment on two separate credit cards. It caused me a lot of stress and time missed from work because I had to drive to another city to another Uhaul location and let them do it!

Cigarette ash in the cup holder from person before returned with same amount of fuel but was told it was low and charger extra when I ask about the fuel got a don’t care attitude wouldn’t recommend U-Haul from this location

staff was extremely rude and combative and forced my reservation back 4 hours. Upon returning equipment suggested I scrub the floors clean before she charged me for cleaning fees, second staff member inspected it and found no issues with the truck in the same condition. Was then told I was rude and ugly person and I also had a bad attitude and wasn’t welcome back.
