The location was great. The system of using your smartphone to get your keys is pretty bad. I lost nearly an hour of my rental time struggling with it. If the owner of the location, which was closed at the time, hadn't come in i wouldn't have been able to get my truck.

The Pick up and Drop off; customer contact points are great. I experience many changes within the contract and reservations. The database system seemed uncontrollable and the U-Haul personnel seemed to struggle to achieve correct documentation to match and telephone then follow-through. Over-all I achieved a great deal and worked with great people. It took a lot of "customer patience" and Customer people-skill. We made a good team. This reservation would be a good business case for U-Haul corporate Quality to track their system efficiency. Your corporate quality person can contact me personally if they choose. 1) When you're taking care of a customer, you should NEVER interrupt your service for a phone call, especialy complete the call and let your client wait... The client on the phone should wait instead. That is disrespecting your customer that your serve which also wait to get serve in first place. 2) I appreciated that they consider my situation about overfilled the truck and give me credit. Thanks you very much Larry!!

They said they closed at 6pm. I got there around 5:50pm and they were closed. Spent the next 40 minutes trying to get my rental truck via online!

The whole overall process needs to be shorter when picking up the truck. Maybe do some verification when the order is completed. It took me 45 minutes to complete the overall pick up your truck part which in turn took 45 minutes away from my rental time. Between taking pictures, account verification and getting the wrong code for my lock is what took that long. Why would anyone want to pay for almost an hour of the truck when it’s spent on checking the truck out?
