Kathryn AllenI had asked for a dolly and furniture mover but when we arrived to get the truck they were not in the truck. The business was closed so I had to use my phone to pick up the truck. We arrived at 8 AM for the 9 AM pickup time. After trying for nearly an hour with messages of a glitch on your end, I left a message for a call back. I got a call back after 10. We were finally able to get the truck and start loading at 11. I had to drive 20 miles to get a furniture mover. Your man, Joe, was very helpful, and saved the day.

BELINDA NADEAUIt took me 14 hrs to get what should of taken 3 hrs blown tire’s and bad battery that I had to replace my own self after being stranded hrs with no sleep so I ended up having to remove my own vehicle from the car dolly and driving to the closest Walmart and purchase a battery with my own money Uhaul road side services department assure me I would be reimbursed my money I was out only to return all of the equipment in better condition than I received it in when I took my equipment back to the bowling green Kentucky Uhaul service return area and the manager he told me he wasn’t going to reimburse me the money I was out because it would cost his store money everything was documented by roadside service Department so after a lengthy discussion the manager agreed to return my deposit and the money I was out on the battery and now they are holding my reimbursement money from being returned to my credit card I will never use Uhaul in any form or fashion and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
james hillyard30 minutes after the pickup time of 9am we finally got to pick up the vehicle because the guy who handles it "had to run somewhere" knowing we had this reserved well in advance. And when he did get back he had no clue what he was doing .The truck inside cab was dirty and the back had brown stuff caked to the floor which we was later charged a cleaning fee for 😠. Don't recommend picking up from this location unless you have to. They was very unprofessional

Timothy GlodichThe agent that made my reservation made it later than what he told me. The rental took over an hour because they refused to process it on site. They told me the truck had 9/16 of a tank. When I got in it was on E. I called and informed your company and the person who dealt with it set the fuel level higher than it was in the truck. This was despite me sending him photographic evidence that the truck was on E. The entire experience was ridiculous and I will never be using your company again.

Lexie MutchekMike @ Shelby and Sons was TERRIFIC with a capital letter "T". The vehicle was in excellent condition and he made the rental so easy, simple and worthwhile. As for the online Uhaul application...is horrible! Again, thanks to Mike's top notch customer service. Uhaul's online service app check in a nightmare yet, Mike was extremely knowledgeable, helpful to counter the frustration set forth by Uhaul! Uhaul online service needs to have tested the market prior to the initiation as the frustration are completely passed onto the end user ( the consumer). Highly highly suggest Shelby and Sons , Mike to have a customer service award from uhaul as he is top quality customer service all the way!

Christopher BloodworthI did not have any issues with the truck itself. My issue was with the mobil check in. It would not accept a photo of the back my of my license. So what was supposed to make it easier did not! I have to go get help to rent the truck. The gas amount was incorrect also. So either the people running it wanted me to put more gas in it or they dont know how to read a gas guage!!

Liam MungovanStop with the computerized stuff. Some people don't have access to the kind of technology required to do all your keycodes and such. It gets confusing. If there's an after-hours drop box, that should be sufficient. We WILL NOT be charged for an extra day just because we couldn't access the keycode prior to dropoff of key. The key and the unit are there. That should be sufficient.
