Truck cab dirty, poor maintenance on this truck. Front tires worn out, truck pulled to the right. NOT Worth what I paid for.

I was not made aware that this location would be closed when I needed to return the truck. I was told someone would call me to confirm drop off but never received the phone call. I was also told that after I dropped the keys and truck off I would receive a receipt. Two days later and I still haven’t received any receipt or confirmation that I returned the truck.

Had unpleasant experience at the UHaul in Lee's Summit south of 50 Hwy on 291 and was going somewhere else to rent. Drove by the location in Smithville and thought I would give it a try. And I'm glad I did, everything was excellent. I was treated with respect and professionalism. Would highly recommend the Smithville location.

When Sheds KC are not available, the phone is transferred to UHaul's call center. Two times i spoke to Terry at the call center (but he never identified himself as an employee of a call center) and he told me wrong information on pricing and rental time. When picking up the equipment at Sheds KC the price had doubled and the rental time was only one-fourth of what I was told. Daryl, at Sheds KC said he was not UHaul, he just rented their equipment. Since he is the face of UHaul, he did UHaul no favors with his attitude of if you don't like it I will just take my equipment off. That would have put us in a terrible bind. The fault lies with the call center and the fact that they are not giving out credible information. Will never rent from Sheds KC again, because of Daryl, and the fact that it appeared to be a bait and switch.

I had difficulty pulling into the lot and trying to avoid vehicles and buildings. I wasn't able to avoid a truck and did some damage. I also received my bill and was charged for 3 days.

I rented the same trailer 3 months prior in Detroit for $100 less. I don’t know who sets the price, but that’s upsetting. I was tempted to have a garage sale since I don’t have much to move and not rent anything.

I dropped off the uhaul the night before it was due. The first problem was the location is poorly marked. Secondly, the parking lot is crammed full of cars for sale & storage building. No night time lighting. And I didn't find the drop box until the next morning when I went to return the keys. It was located in the back end of the lot, thru a maze of truck, cars, and buildings. Once I located the office, I informed the man I wasn't able to turn the truck and tow dolly around, and asked if he could. He told me that if I wasn't able to, I could call a towing company to assist me. I told him that was ridiculous, and placed the keys on his desk and turned to walk out, and He THREW THE KEYS AT ME and mumbled something as I walked out. Exceptionaly rude and unhelpful. I'll drive and extra 20 miles next time to pick up and drop off.

My advise for UHaul is in the begin. by asking the customer that are there goals because I couldn't remember the term "car dolly# from the last time I rented so I was asking for a "car hauler"

rederved truck and was notified the day of pickup that they did not rent trucks and my reservation was transferred to another location 30 miles away and that I would not be charged for the 30 miles. I was charged. Called customer service and they stated they would credit $50. Called a week later and they stated it didn't get done that they would handle it. Then called me back and stated they would have to pull phone records to verify what was said. What they don't know is that I was on a recorded line as well. Waiting for the call with anticipation. Next time Ill go with a company that doesn't act like they are bankrupt and have to lie to get revenue.
