I was directed to drop-off the truck at 1 location. Logged into my U-Haul internet account and a different drop-off location was noted. Checked my phone texts and a third 3 location is noted in the messages. Confused, called U-Haul help line and waited for 30 min to get an answer with no solution to my situation. I am extremely upset with the service. I will try a different company from now on. Scheduling for trucks has become so complicated with all the different changes the U-Haul operator makes before, while and after the rental. I will NOT recommend U-Haul and will strongly recommend acquaintances, friends and family to use a different company.

The uhaul app was not uploading images and after a long day, it was very frustrating to try again and again to upload pictures. On the helpline someone told me they will transfer to someone who can help and i was in the next queue for 30 mins. Eventually i could do it on the website through thd browser... Check and fix your app.

The online dropoff process when the vehicle is returned is too onerous. It's necessary to take and upload photos and it takes too long. Uhaul is making the customer do the legwork so that the employees don't have to, in order to save money. Which, considering that a 19.95 rental ends up costing almost $100, is not appropriate.

This comment really doesn't pertain to the location but the reservation dept itself. I booked this 3 weeks before and wanted to pick up on Arrow Rd and drop off in Alliston. I asked several times before proceeding to these locations were good. I was told they would be fine and someone would call me a few days before the res date. 3 days before I got a call saying I couldn't pick up at my preferred location or drop off at my preferred location. I would now have to drive 1.5 hrs to pick up and drop off. Also the 26 foot I reserved was also not available. Leaving me no time to look for other arrangements I had to keep this reservation. When I went to pick up the truck the guy at the counter said that if I had called 1 hr before he had a 1 way truck for me to take. Why wasn't this info given to me before hand. Needless to say I was very disappointed with Uhaul this time and would really think twice the next time I need a rental van

I was told there was a quarter of a tank in the vehicle, when the vehicle was actually empty, leaving me with having to go get gas immediately. I would expect a vehicle to be adequately gassed up and for the customer service employee to be more accurate about the amount of gas in the tank.

I was annoyed to find that I was charged an 'after hours' fee which I wasn't told about during the booking procedure. I could have returned the truck during normal hours but I had no idea that fee existed and that I would be charged extra for it. This fact should be prominently displayed to customers when they are booking so they are not surprised by it, and in my case when I could have avoided it entirely. It added 20% on to my bill, which is a large penalty, and to think I could have brought it the next morning and saved money annoys me. Make any extra charges clear to customers who can decide on their rental timing accordingly.

I agreed to deliver the vehicle at 18:00. I was there at 6pm and it was closed. I called their phone and they hung up early at 5pm. And they asked me to bring the car tomorrow. The key is in the key box. I left the car in the garage. full of gasoline. I hope there is no problem.

They were very accommodating! Great guys who just gave the right kind of service. We were desperate for a truck last minute and they provided us with a truck (asked for 10' and received 15'). They were officially booked - With timing being end of the month and super busy, they were completely understanding and gave us a window of time even though it was tight. Would definitely recommend this location.

The parking lot was very busy to come in/out with the truck. The truck was returned with the same dirt as when picked up, but I was still charged a cleaning fee and no option was given to clean it or a notice.

I reserved a truck for 8am, off-hours pick-up. At ~7:55 I was on site and accessed the virtual check-in from my uhaul online account and learned that the reservation had been switched to an in-person pick-up at 9am. This put me behind significantly in my moving day, and without a fortunate break of being able to extend my time reserving an elevator at my new apartment, I would not have been able to complete my move in time. I called the u-haul service line immediately on learning that my rental would not be ready on time, and was placed on hold for 45 minutes. The level of service is completely unacceptable, and I will do my best to avoid using u-haul in the future.

I had a problem with the uhaul app for mobile pick up, but the staff person was very helpful and made my pick up quick and stress free.

I didn't wanted to enter into negociation, but I was close to the fuel gauge but I had to pay for gaz as it was determined that it was below the level. If there is uncertainty, you should say it is ok. Thank anyway for the service.

It's impossible to join someone at this location; I have called about 6 times regarding my bill, and there's been no response. There's no voicemail as well so it makes for impossible communication

- No clear indication that trucks are in miles/h instead of km/h. This caused me to speed without realising. Verry dangerous! - major problems with the payment system, as it refuses all foreign (belgian) credit cards. And there was no other payment option, if you do ot have a canadian credit card. - the online check in pricess could still improve a lot. In total it took us 40 min to get our truck. Waste of time.

Very tight spot for trailers. Please review which location can have trailers or not. Plus buddy who's a nice man. Is the only one working on the busiest day of the month for rentals. Me and him had to hand drag the trailers into a tight spot also he has no truck plus helper to help him move trucks and trailers. Amazing guy working small location too many trucks. Lots of construction near by.

I ended up at this location because my previous pick up place didn't leave the keys for the truck in the pick up box. It was a big issue for me because I had movers and I was paying them from x time to x time. Big problem, ended up doing my unloading on my own because movers had another appointment. Not happy at all and still waiting for my refund from my first contact.

Only issue was that my passenger left their wallet in the vehicle and the customer service rep made her wait approx. an hour to get her wallet back as they did not want to help her. Please address issues ASAP so the vehicle does not get given away and items get stolen.

Contract No. 21816100, Amir Aslani. I have a complain about the vehicle I used and as well the agent, the UHaul agent said to me that tank is full and when I return it back I shall return in full tank too. I only used the car for 27 km and when I refueled it , I made the tank full. but it was unbelievable that it needed 17.6 Liters gas to full the tank. How can it be possible that in 27 km, it consume 17.6 liter? I think the gas gauge had a problem and tank has not been full and it has just shown it is full. I paid 24.86 dollars for 17.642 Liter gas, Please check how much liter is a regular consumption for the 9' Cargo van for usg4sage of 27 km and return back the rest to my credit card. kindly note that even if consumption has been 25 liters per 100 KM, then for 27 KM, the consumption shall not be more than 27/100 x 25 = 6.75 Liters and i had should not be paid more than 6.75 x 1.409 Dollars = 9.51 Dollars, so I expect 24.86-9.51 = 15.3 dollars to be returned back to my credit card. The truck I rented was damages. Including a critically unsafe damage to the mirror. Which was held together with duck tape. This fix quickly degraded. But by that Point everything I own was loaded onto the truck and there was no choice but to take it on the highway. Once at the destination I called U-Haul support. Hold for hours. Transferred everywhere. Rude people No help. 4 hours in I got a “regional manager reponse”. Well you picked it up that way. Really really disappointed in the company. No concern for the service they provide or the customer. Also notice U-Haul sends you a way to review “the location”. Aka the small business owner, but even after my 5+ calls to U-Haul support they don't care a lick how that went. They're not interested in that feedback
