Couldn't install uhaul app because confirmation code was never received after multiple attempts. Also online didn't let me return to same location so I had to call to make a reservation.

Nicholas McCarthyWaited over an hour just to pick up the truck. My reservation was for 530 I got to U-Haul at 5:15 and didn’t leave with the truck till after 6:00. I put the gas to exactly where it was when I picked it up and then they charged me for gas anyways. Not renting from U-Haul ever again
cheryl ellisKind of a shady spot. No human interaction. Don't go alone for safety measures. I originally had reserved from another Uhaul but surprise, surprise, they didn't have the truck I reserved. (this has happened so many times its ridiculous-what's the point of the reservation?!) The person in the Attleboro Pleasant St location was awesome though-Thanks Shara ("Sara").
Sara HebardCalled customer service and they weren’t helpful. It’s awfully shitty to expect someone to drop off a truck at a different location than they picked up when their personal vehicle is at another location.
JASON DEMELLOWasn't thrilled about not being allowed to go inside to check in, had to stand outside in 100 degrees and 100% humidity. If it's online only and really no actual customer service, it would've been nice to know before hand.

MONRELLE WILLIAMSI asked when I pick up the truck for my drop off location, I was told any local location should be fine, but end of finding out I was assigned to this location which is not open. I called several calls to central try to have it changed, but 45 min did not get resolved. So I end up returned myself online, which was not my preferred way since my phone does not work well outside. Just finding the box to drop the key took about 15 minutes. I would like to have a location set before I return it, but was told that I do not have to. It should be handled better
Hing ChengMissing contents that I originally paid for: furniture dolly and furniture pads. Was given a run around before I could pick these up in another location. As a result over 3 hours of moving time.
Laxman Kanduripicked up trailer at 330 pm Monday dropped off Wednesday at 545am they charged my card for 72 hours of rent ! Had to call customer service to get a credit on my card . my opinion very BAD business practice !!!!!! stay away from this location .

Stanley OsinskiI placed a reservation for a 5x8 trailer 3 weeks in advance. I called the location the day before to make sure everything was all set, was told it was. Woke up the next day to several voice mails and emails telling me I would have to pick up a larger trailer at a different location further away from the location I had reserved a pick up. I was made to wait around for the owner to return from family errands, lost hours of time, was over charged, have not received a refund, they wanted to charge me more money because the computer said I was supposed to return it to Braintree, even though the owner of the location said he never wanted to see the trailer again.... Uhaul completely dropped the ball, I do not think I will ever try and rent from you guys again, what a bad joke this whole thing was, I have rented from you guys for years and NEVER seen a poop show like this, absolutely ridiculous. The only good thing I have to say about any of this is that you better realize the high caliber and quality of Dorothy at the Weymouth location for her supreme customer service skills. How rotten of management to mess up a 3 week reservation so badly then dump it on the poor person who stands behind a desk all day fixing managements problems, What a farce! I do not expect to hear anything further from you, but welcome your insights. My attempts to get the balance due to me returned has proven feckless, so not only did you guys completely screw up my reservation, but you effectively stole money from me in the situation. Does anyone care? Lousy to the core.
richard eliaAlso Uhaul is secondary business. Only staff a lady who was welcoming but could not process paperwork.Actual processing done later and reflected a drop off date/time different than actual time it occurred. Not much space to accomodate parking trailer.
Donald MahoneyDropped the truck off early after hours on Saturday evening. Received an email Tuesday that I did not drop the truck off. Called the call center, she called the store, store had no idea what she was talking about and didnt know where the truck was. I was told by the operator she would call me back. she did not call me back but I did receive an email that the truck was dropped off on Sunday at 10 and I was charged for the miles over. needless to say I will never return to uhaul for my moving needs.

ROBERT VICENTEThis was not a full service U Haul center, but only rents trailers for it's prime business which is motorcycles. If I know this prior I would have used a full service center. I was required to mount the trailer on my vehicle by myself and fortunately I had prior knowledge how this is done. I do not blame the employee as he was the only on working.

Ronda DraftsThe truck was not closed out from the night before so I had to wait for that to be done. So I had to wait a bit to check out. Other than that, simple as pie.
ROBERT TURNERThe equipment I reserved was not in the truck, the cab was not cleaned at all. There was a dog that was obviously present from the hair and there was a very foul odor. The people were pleasant but it was obvious that they did not check the vehicles in at the correct times. I would not recommend this location because of these things.
Lauren DiverExtremely unhappy with my experience with U-Haul. I was charged 3 times for the rental. The van which I rented had battery issues and had to jump start. I was always in fear that the vehicle with not start due to battery issues.
Sameer YadavThe Uhaul app was not working. I brought the truck back earlier than on the receipt. I contacted customer service and they advised me a field worker would contact me back. I still have not received a call. Plus I believe because I brought it back earlier than expected that I should be entitled to some type of refund. I will never rent a uhaul again for this reason
Inara ReidThe mileage they claim I drove is off over 100 miles I drove to loudon NH and back .. 80 miles there and 80 miles back and I was charged with driving 260 miles. WRONG!!!! I’m still waiting for someone to contact me about my complaint. But nothing yet. If I don’t get a call regarding my over priced rental I’ll never use I haul again
