The location was terrible. Scratchy place unsafe. Communication was terrible their work phones were turned off at 7:00 am at the time of pick up. Internet wasn’t working in that area. Couldn’t sign in to pick up the truck. Clerks at main office very rude.

The representative that interacted with at the Shasta Auto Repair location was urinating with the door open upon my arrival. He did not know how to work the uhaul check -in process on his phone when i arrived so i for the majority of the process did everything myself on his phone. As he got closer to me i also realized he was intoxicated smelling of alcohol.
Dillon TDrop off point was at a small repair shop in Redwood City with no UHaul signage. If their mechanic hadn't flagged me down I wouldn't have known where to park and drop off the truck. Please ask your partners to display UHaul signage!
