Nicolae SThe fellow that runs the shop was absolutely awesome. Nice, friendly, and trying very hard to release my truck to me. U-Haul was simply not cooperating. Their systems were down and they weren't answering their phones. Total crap show. I booked my truck weeks in advance and specifically for pick up at a dedicated U-Haul location. U-Haul changed my pick up location the day before my move. It was 10 kms further away, and then they tried to charge me for going 4 kms over my contract! In short, the location was fine, but the company is going downhill!
Donna WFolks at the pickup location were friendly and efficient. Windshield wipers need to be replaced. Burn/melt spots on passenger seat.

Gregory VClean the vehicle. The cab was dirty and smelled like stale coffee. The rear bumper and box were very dirty and had not been swept out . This caused us to track dirt and debris into the lobby of the new building we were moving into.

Adam MThe van I booked was not reserved for me despite a confirmation email from uhaul (issue with uhaul). The second van available at the location did not have a key in the 24/7 lock box.
Megan WWhen I made the reservation with utility dolly with it. When I went to pick the truck up, I don’t see the utility dolly in the back trunk, the store is not open, I have to phone the service, and I have to run to another store to pick it up. Delay my schedule in advance. So I would recommend people go to the opening location to pick your truck up, if there is a problem, you don’t have to run somewhere else to waste your time.

Tanya MI could not locate the equipment for almost an hour. It took multiple efforts and 2 different agents to sort it by fluke ( found the key in one of the random lock box). Call got disconnected and no one called back. I was struggling to find the truck and on top of this I had to call back and start the process all over again. Could not finish the task due to all this and ended up losing $$$.

Barbara PRequested equipment was not on the truck. There were crumbs all over the cabin. The truck was parked in the most difficult position to back out of, even though it was the first (only?) one to leave that day. The fuel gauge is misleading. The grey line that looks to indicate "full" is actually well to the right of actually full. The pick up sheet had indicated full and I had agreed, not knowing that the line did not actually mean full. When I gassed up, I was startled that it took $50 to fill the tank after such a short driving distance. Turns out that the tank was nowhere near full. I'd love to have some of my extra money back!

Babu GLove the U-Haul self-service to pickup the Equipment, but on two separate rentals , the return process online works through the steps , odo reading,fuel, pictures of Equipment, payment, but then completely crashes and leaves you unsure whether the return was processed correctly and complete

Peter SVehicle was dirty, the kilometre charge was $0.10 mor eper kilometre than advertised ($0.79 charged instead of $0.69 advertised), I was charged one more kilometre than was driven, the vehicle had a quarter tank of gas left, and it was dirty.

ADAM AI reserved the van through a local supplier and was told that the pickup and drop off was at this local supplier, which is what I expected. I did receive numerous emails informing me that the van was reserved and ready for pickup at a location approx 15 km away, which was confusing. I had to check back with the local location a couple of times just to ensure that van was ready and available as initially reserved..

Vince Hdid not have the truck i wanted due to a tire issue however offered a satisfactory substitute at no additional cost.
ANDREA SI rented a truck at this location; my experience was terrible. They supposed to provide utility and furniture dollies for me as well, but they did not. They charged me for those unprovided dollies, and they also charged my credit card three times, the total charges were 2.5 times more than my rental amount. The dealer service and responsibility were awful. However, the UHaul customer service center did a great job and solved the issue. Please take care if you have to select this dealer for your moving trucks.

NAJAM IThis guy didnt have my blankets, or dolly when I showed up. Then upon my return he charged me $30 because he said I drove 23 miles when I didnt even drive 10 kilometers.. Not sure if it was him or his system but whatever the case is I got ripped off.. This guy is a scammer and I would never recommend doing business with him.
