Zachary B.The ONLY issue that came up was that I originally chose a Uhaul pickup site that was only about 2 miles from me (Storage Sense, 7916 White Horse Road, Greenville, SC 29617). I made this arrangement about 1 month before my pick-up date for the Uhaul truck. However, when I got the reminder text from Uhaul, it had changed my truck pick-up location to Easley, SC (13 miles away) without any explanation as to why the change.

George D.I didn't even make it in the door before the attendant was outside with the guy taking my truck. I didn't get a receipt or anything and when I told him I didn't receive the equipment and asked for a refund on my final bill, he told me to call uHaul. All together, this was an awful experience from start to finish and now I have to wait another 3 days for the action report to go through for my refund.
