Nothing at all. The Uhaul rep Was outside as soon as I pulled up and helped unload the trail from my vehicle. She was very friendly, professional and made for easy drop off.

The truck was clean but all the furniture pads were not packaged in plastic. The guy gave me pads that looked like they had been returned earlier since he had to fold some from a pile that was laying on the floor. They never had all my equipment that I prepaid for and had to drive to another store to get the rest which was an inconvenience.

Location support was fine. Just found the online process to change primary driver and the online return process a little difficult. Convenient, but difficult.

My reservation was at 9am and when I got there, they were closed. Apparently due to the pandemic, they were opening at 10am but nobody told me that.. so I waited for over an hour without knowing if I was even going to get a rental that day. VERY frustrating .

Location hours posted on the internet (including in the pick-up time options) did not match the actual office hours. I selected 5:00pm online - good thing I got there 15 minutes early before they CLOSED at 5:00pm!
