I think having to take the truck as is would be difficult from this unmanned location. I would say that it is not clear who is responsible for any potential damage or how to report it without making it look like I am the one responsible for the damage.

My original confirmation email was for Arrowhead Hardware in Baldwin City, KS. I received a confirmation text stating that the pickup would be at Sentry Storage. What I wasn't given was directions on how to check in once I got there with the updated pick up location. I was able to call customer service and they were able to walk me through the process. I would recommend following up with customers via a call or email if the pick up location is switched.
Chad YThe facility was good as it was a storage business on the edge of town. Had an issue with Internet connection that caused issues delayed me picking up the rental. Other than that everything was fine.
Stephen DThe online checkin was a bit tedious. The online checkout just flat out didn’t work. Tried 4 times to checkout over 20 minutes. Kept kiciking us out when the checkout was almost complete @ then we had to start the whole process all over again. Tried to call in but checkout but it was after hours. Called the next day & was assured that they would take care of it
