Very friendly staff and nice property. My issue is with your charges. I moved in 12/18 and moved out 1/4. Three weeks stay but I ended up paying for 2 months. Granted the first was pro-rated but I told the rep that I was a student and only needed it for winter break. I understand this is a business and you are for profit but that seems a little unfair and greedy.Shan P. | Overall Experience

Very, very Misleading, $19.99 a day, 24 hrs is advertised, plus .99 mile. Then why did U-Haul charge me $99.00 for 8 hrs, plus I put $20 of gas, over the 3/4 I was supposed to for a 38 mile move ? Young girl that checked in Van couldn't care less I was overcharged, her only concern is getting Chinese food when they close in 20 minutes so my attempts to dispute the phantom charge were not going to be addressed. ðŸ˜¢PAUL M.

When I called for a quote , the clerk quoted one price when I got there it was 10 to 12 $. More so I got it for 3 months. Then I rented the smaller one. I had to come and move my belongings out to another unit.cuz a clerk rented my unit to another person . Then to top it off my access to the unit was blocked , and ot denied.so it was like I was constantly running into problems. So I'm opted to leaveElaine B. | Overall Experience

This was the worst customer service experience ever. I called ahead to notify the female attendant I was on my way. When I arrived, the entrance door was locked and I could see the office was entirely empty, although this was during business hours. I waited for about five minutes Outside in the beating sun. Ultimately, I walked around the side to where I noticed where my reserved truck was located to see if maybe the attendant was inside the truck. Out of no where, without Identifying herself, she caught me by surprise while I looked inside the truck and said to me entirely an attitude â€œwhat do you need!â€. I replied ma'am I am here for my reservation I even just called ahead. She replied â€œyou can wait Insideâ€. I said ma'am how can I do that if the door is locked and how are you to expect clients to know what do to if the office is locked and entirely empty, do you think it's ok to treat clients this way; she replied saying some disrespectful remarks that I just tuned out because at that point I needed my rental and did not want to be affected by her disrespectful words. I then asked her if she would do a walk around with me to confirm any truck damages, she replied â€œnoâ€ with an attitude, not even making eye contact with me. I asked how are you supposed to Differentiate the damages that are already there from any possible new damage, her response was â€œtake a video if you wantâ€ with no eye contact while saying this. Ultimately, I assumed this attendant was having a terrible day and just had no self-awareness on proper customer service, regardless I wished her a great day, to no surprise she didn't wish me one back in return, she actually said nothing. At no point she didn't make eye contact with me, all she did was say disrespectful remarks, conduct herself extremely rude at one point I really felt she was going to sabotage my reservation, therefore I remained kind and professional the entire time. Her service was beyond poor and I truly just wanted to get out of there. She needs to either be retrained or belongs working somewhere else, however I do not hope my comments get her fired. I am just reviewing the facts, it was all caught on video. I would like to hear back from Uhaul or I will be taking my review to both google, corporate, Yelp, Facebook, and any other platform where consumers may know the facts.CHAYANNE A.

The rep stated the truck was sanitize and cleaned but it wasn't it was dirty, had dirt and water stains all over it also bird pooped and it stanked, I had to used my lysol wipes to wipe down touch points after wiping down the truck the lysol wipe was black so I'm 100% sure they didn't sanitize anythingRACQUEL B.

Yes, I would recommend this place because of the storage facility. I don't understand how I rented a truck for 20.00 a day, had it for 3 hours, brought it back with more gas than I got it with and got charged 50.00 dollars. Not happy at allDennis V.

Make the reservation online in this, they inform me that I qualify for the first month free, once the reservation is confirmed they contact me in the storage informing me they have a truck available and suggesting that I change my reservation without informing that for this I would lose the option of the first month free, additional storage is sold on the page but the company is differentYazid A.
