You need to give a better address! However the place was excellent.

This rating is based on the location of pick up and this specific location staff. They were excellent, although they did not have all the equipment that I had reserved. The staff was very nice. As far as the customer service provided by the 800 number is horrible. They offer discounts and do not notate. They transfer you and hang up on you. They are rude and unprofessional. The area supervisor does not call you as agreed by customer service. Still waiting on a discount that was supposed to be applied not once but twice. Reservation was changed 4 times the day before move and the day of. I do Recomend this pick up location if you decide to use uhaul because the ladies there were very nice. I personally would stick with Penske.

Well it was good that I rented the uhaul and I turned it in on time but the person charged me 207.00 which they wasn't supposed. But they did say they gonna refund it back so that's what I'm waiting on at this moment.

The rental end was a nightmare took two days to get my paperwork and dates right... lady didnt know what she was doing and took 2 hours to get truck and never could print me a contract

The guy was more concerned about selling his liquor than helping me. Uhaul had 1/4 gas but contract said full. No dolly in truck and no spare available. Car dolly attached to truck we had to disconnect ourselves. We talked to the person about dolly and gas issue. He stated nothing he could do. Told us to let customer service Kno w or report when we turned in truck. Pickup time was supposed to be 10 am but due to Nationwide issue finally got it at almost 12. But on better note customer service was very nice and took care of the issue

Guy screwed up the rental contract. Wanted one way to Madisonville Texas, he listed it to be dropped off at Bay City. Gave me a trailer that was not on his lot. Had to change the paper work to a trailer he had. Did not come out and hook the trailer up. The lights quit working during the move, I lost all lights except one stop and one turn signal light.

Uhaul needs to update their location. It is not in Brazoria. Bay City is the correct location

The area of Lake Jackson Texas does not have a large enough fleet of trucks to accommodate customers. I had to drive approximately 20 miles to the location given me. I requested a 8:30 am pick up and had to wait until 10:30am. This wait with drive back home put me back almost 2 hours of move time. This is unacceptable.

Stopped at the location to make reservation and do paperwork. Was told they didn't do the reservations or paper work on site, I had to go online. I did and made reservation for the following Monday. Arrived at site and was told the man who did the U-Haul wasn't there today and there was nothing she could do, then continued what she was doing. I said I made reservations for the trailer and I had to have it. She ignored me. I asked if she would call U-Haul and she said "no, you call you call U-Haul." I asked her for the number and she said the didn't have it. Finally she called someone on the phone, and after about 40 minutes, printed a form for me to sign and turned and walked away. If they don't want to rent for U-Haul they should just stop.

The last two times I rented form U-Haul I had to clean the unit before it could be used. The dealer didn't care and you would think they would offer to sweep but it didn't happen.
