Absolutely worst customer service! I went during operating hours on Sunday and Monday and neither time could I get my keys that were locked in their you u haul. I called on Sunday and she stated they chose to take an off day, today I messaged them and I called them, never did I receive an answer until they text me to let me know if they could call me back. Very poor customer care!!!!.

I would give 0 stars if it were an option. I called the number on the door and spoke with attendant, she instructed me park the truck up front, drop the keys in the orange box and she would check the truck in and send me an email. Next day still no email and a dozen calls to business and door number. The business number forwards to the door number, the voice mailbox is full and no return call after leaving a dozen calls. After calling the corporate office I was finally able to get some resolution, however even though I returned the truck the same day I rented it, this dealer charged me for an extra day and an after hours charge. I returned the truck at approximately 3 pm, on the SAME day I rented it, which is well within the posted hours of operation. Per the attendant she was getting a tire fixed on her car during work hours. I will be presenting all my facts and documentation to Uhaul corporate. They should not allow thiS dealer to drag down the Uhaul name with such atrocious customer service. Just look at the reviews on Google Maps.

No one is there. There's a number on the door that says call or text for service, but no one ever replies. Multiple calls and texts remain unanswered. If you want to rent a uhaul entirely through the website, essentially from a vacant building, then this location is for you. If you want any type of customer service, rent a uhaul elsewhere.

Facility was not open during posted hours of operation and no one answers the phone or the posted cell phone number. The lady that runs Senior G is very rude and unprofessional. Not what Uhaul is about and we have been doing business with uhaul for years. I would choose a different location. This is not a good one.

This location is not Good for the 26` parking . The half part of the truck was almost on the road. It is very small parking lots for the 26`. Thanks.

This Uhaul location was more than what I could of expected . Great service , was treated very kind . Owner listened to exactly what I was looking for and what my needs were . The truck was very clean and well maintained . Would definitely rent from this location again .

I suggest that you have someone in person at the location, to assist when needed. I am not a fan of on line check in. Also, I was not able to update my account information with a correct phone number. I tried several times and I was not able to do so. Besides that, the truck was great and it served our needs. Thank you!

The service was bad. To communication up front that there would not be a physical person present to check in. Phone number was wrong on Google. It was posted on the locked doors when I arrived. If the person hadn't answered the phone number written by hand taped to the door I would have left. Ridiculous up charges for checking vehicle back in if not done through hard to navigate app. The truck inside smelled like urine. Driving the truck and getting my task completed was the only pleasant part of this very unpleasant and frustrating experience.

In the beginning, totally cancelled my rental because I was scheduled to pick up at 8am, got their at 9am. The last was helpful setting me back up, but decided to charge me in the end $25.00 to sweep VERY LITTLE. UHAUL is a nickel diming business for every little thing they can think up for a billing ticket. Also, I appreciated the phone call about a swing that was an honest mistake left in the back,but that lady was very ride on the phone interrupting me every chance she got. I thought I was the client. Who likes to be interrupted? How can you find common ground with unreasonable people? Exactly, you cant. Welcome to CORPORATE UHAUL. I will never use their services again.

I was charged by the return location for an extra day AND cleaning charges even though I had a 24-hour reservation and I returned the truck the same day and submitted pictures of the truck, its location, AND the cleanliness. I had to call customer service after the extra charges posted and was put on hold for a lengthy amount of time before I was transferred and had to wait again for another long time before someone could hear my request.

Wish customer service was as honest as these people were. I was told the reserved equipment was not available at the pick up location. Yes they provided a larger piece of equipment but was oversized for the need. I called and change the pick up location to accommodate the requested equipment 70 miles form original pick up location. When arrived the larger trailer was ready and the requested one was not available there either.

The lady operating this location is terrible and has no customer service skills whatsoever.. I'm 45 years old and have never experienced service this bad... She has no ability to multitask anything let alone provide service to U-Haul customers. She made me wait almost 2 hours to get keys to a truck while she helped 1 person run a credit card.. I waited until 11:30am to get keys when my reservation was at 9am. I got moved from 2 other locations to this one. I had to delay moving by 3 hours, which cost me more money an additional $150 because of this lady and her incompetence... I rented many times from U-haul before. I would appreciate a full refund because of piss poor service...

Water got on some of my belongings. Apparently there is a leak somewhere near the cab in the cargo area. Customer service on site was the worst I've experienced. Dawn at 1800 UHaul number was great though. Truck was in poor shape. Glad I didn't have to drive far. Didn't bother calling to discuss the leak with on site manager as I knew from the check in experience she would just blame the customer for any problems. Get rid of her!

The Livechat is terrible, not as responsive as we would have liked. Had a very long wait for a representative, put us behind schedule by an hour.

One can start by having personnel present at time of opening. There were several customers wait for service. Business hours of operation on Saturdays is posted 8:00am to 5:30pm. Noone present at time of drop off, 11:45 am, and noone was present. There is a number, on a postit note, called no answer, voicemail full. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH EXPERIENCE!

The location and staff were great. The online checkin and checkout experience, however, were very time consuming. I really miss the days when I could rent a truck and be on my way in 10 minutes. The online checkin process took 45 minutes! I specifically selected in person rental when I made my reservation because my previous online checkin process was so bad, but then in the middle of the night before picking up the truck my reservation was changed against my wishes to online checkin. The online checkin experience was no better this time. It simply takes too long. Ten minutes for the entire process is maximum you should put people through. I also don't trust sending photos of my driver's license or of myself to anyone online. It's invasive to my privacy and has risk for identity theft if your systems are hacked.

I had to download the app in order to complete my return. The website would not allow me to send my location and I was on hold for over 20 minutes with customer service. I finally used my data to do a download for the app and had my return done in less than five minutes. This needs to be fixed.

Had choose to do counter check in when arrived no one there note in door to call it went straight to voicemail had to call uhaul to change to mobile Check in . When I returned no where to park truck called left message no one even bothered to call me back either time . They need to learn how to run a business and Customer service . I will be calling another company next time
