The print out page was so poor that it could not be read. I had to call Uhaul to get proper phone numbers. The truck had to be swept before we could use it and the ramp was covered in dried mud. I rented on Tuesday feb 6 at 8 am and returned same day to different location which was closed at approx 6:30 pm. Called to get gate code to drop off truck so it is on record with Uhaul and yet my truck was"checked in" Friday morning and I was charged 2 extra days. When I called in to report this I was told they would"investigate" and I have received no refund of my money. Quite a scam.

The owner was VERY rude, cocky and disrespectful. I am both mentally disabled and 96% physically disabled. Plus I am deaf from both ears. When owner/manager of store was going over paperwork with me and asking questions, he was at a distance from me. Facing his computer. When I asked him several times to please repeat himself and face me when he talks he got huffy puffy and raised his voice. He showed he was getting mad and irate with me having to ask for him to repeat himself and for his help. Then he brought me the dolly which was not easy to move. the wheel on it was stiff. I felt intimidated to even bother him for another one. Instead I left to truck to inspect and leave. When I arrived later that evening to drop off truck, I was 2 hours over my time. I took dolly inside his store and proceeded to explain to him that the dolly does not work very well at all, but he raised his voice and told me to leave it there and go. So in fear of my life I left dolly and went to take truck where he told me I better park it. Otherwise I'd be charged extra for not parking where I go it from. Next morning he put on my final bill that I barely checked in that morning. He then charged me double on the bill. Twice on everything that I had checked out. This facility IS NOT disabled friend. Nor is it worth for anyone to use of service. I strongly suggest U-Haul company strip this facility/owner the rights of any affiliation with this company. Not unless this is the way U-Haul is conducting business now.

I pulled up at 7:50pm and the store clerk said he will not check me in for me to drop keys in box or come back the next morning. Had a attitude and I told him store doesn’t close until 8pm he said he was not checking in no truck right now said store was closed but another customer came through drive through and was taken care of.

Have better customer service, each place that I called to get help kept telling me something different. The U-haul in San Antonio on 5180 San Pedro was just as awful.

It is not the location.. it is U-Haul in general. I spent 6 hours in the lot waiting to get the truck..my card was run 3 times. I will Never rent U-Haul again.

There was nobody available to unload the trailer and my car. I had to hire a local service company to come and do that for me. It cost me $200. I am not happy with Uhaul right now.

Checking in was easy, they had the size trailer I needed. The owner came out and hooked up the trailer. It was was very clean and ready to go. Upon returning the owner came out again and unhooked the trailer. Will definitely come back to this location. Thanks Sems store.

Provide a better explanation regarding the on Leone reservation. Where I picked it up they were unsure if I was going to get the trailer.

Place of business was dirty and cluttered. Service person was distracted by talking on the on the phone about personal matters ignoring customers. Service person had me sign papers without conducting a joint inspection of the trailer when I picked up the truck. I was also cancelled on twice and had to drive 30 minutes out of way the to pick up a truck bigger than I wanted. You should have the requested equipment at place reserved on the requested date. Why is it if I don’t return the truck with the amount of gas in it I get charged but if I return it with more gas I don’t get my money back or credit? U-Haul is doing a horrible job with customer service and taking reasonability for their companies actions.

The people that run this location are not welcoming and don’t act interested at all in their customers. They did not go outside while we inspected the trailer or hook it up to our vehicle. There are much better locations to rent from than this one, but you would have to drive 20 to 30 minutes away.

We asked for a pickup near our house but when we got the email it was for a pickup place more than an hour away. Then when we got there the price was more than was quoted to me and when the manager called Uhaul to find out, they said no they would not help him. The manager himself honored my quote without Uhaul office assistance!! Poor service from Uhaul office.

This location is a convenience store. Employees offered no assistance in hooking up trailer. Employees provided no instruction on how to hook up trailer. The employees were hard to understand and had a thick accent. Trailer came uncoupled on a busy freeway.

I turned the trailer in early and was told by Seems that I would be responsible for the trailer if anything happened to it until they could check it in the next morning. I called UHaul and they made a notation on my account that I had already turned it in. I probably won't be using this location again.

I reserved a vehicle for a price and then came to find out it was $50 more when I got to the location for pickup. The inside the vehicle had not been swept and the person I was speaking with had a serious language barrier. I would not recommend.

Personally, I had difficulty understanding the employee due to his accent. He was courteous, efficient, and thorough. He took care of us adequately. The location was a convenience store with several interruptions by other customers.
