The guy that helped me was cool as heck. Made minor small talk hooked up the trailer and I was on my way. It was a better experience than going to the U-Haul stores.

The tow dolly I rented broke 4 time with electrical issues, I had to get an early hotel twice because of it. I eventually turned in the equipment before getting to my destination because I was tired of dealing with breakdowns. I would recommend that when one tail light goes bad they should both be changed out at the same time. As a professional mechanic for years, I know one can’t forecast when LEDs will go bad. I also know that when one set of LEDs go bad, the other sets are soon to follow. I feel like I was over charged for the equipment I rented due to the constant breakdowns and time delays they caused.

Jim MThis review is NOT about the location. The system implementation was entirely at fault here. The truck share app was a total failure! Did not work from start to finish. Would not scan my license at the pick up location. Let me rent a truck at a location that did not offer this option (for large trucks). Had to travel to other location for pick up. App STILL would not function. Return my truck did not function as well.I spent a total of 4 hours on the phone with support just to rent a truck. Trust me when I say my friends will all hear about this and the fact that I paid top fees 121.00 for one day rental. What happened to 19.99?

Melissa J1) I had difficulty getting the key out from the ignition the entire time rented. It was clean. Other than this key failure, the vehicle was fine. 2) There should be more transparency in the invoicing when finishing the rental as far as the guestimate mileage and the actual mileage costs. I was first given the impression my guestimate miles of 30 miles was correct, but I went back in office and questioned the mileage (because I took pictures) and was told it was adjusted to the actual mileage. I just wonder if the mileage cost would have not been adjusted if I didn't go back in the office to question it.

Saved me 3 times when I had short notice and needed to rent. I'd drive 100 miles just to use this location just because they have done me right in the past.

Kelly VThis location was way too small, as soon as I stepped out of the vehicle to put things in my car the lady was there and did not say a word, I told her I had a few more things to clean out and when I stepped back after less than 10 seconds I had to wait until she got out of the vehicle. Not a terrible experience but would have been nice to had said hello or anything and would have been nice if she would’ve wait just 15 seconds before getting in for me to finish grabbing my things.

THOMAS AThe only downside of the experience would be that the fuel mileage really bites. The vehicle got approximately 10.25 mpg. Maybe having more fuel efficient vehicles would be better. It used approximately $100 in fuel on top of the ¢79 a mile making it pretty expensive for a short time using it. Other than that it was good.

LaVettra CLet customers know the wiring connector is an in line 4 pin. Had to get a converter to a 7 pin round plug. Not a big deal, but had to drive without the lights connected for a few miles till I got to auto zone.
