I typically go to an actual U-haul but this was much closer and figured I'll save on the miles........received the final receipt this morning and they charged me a $25 cleaning fee for literally sweeping out about 4 items! But they told me it was real dirty. Meanwhile I was subjected to ride in a marijuan smelling truck from the previous renter! And I've worked for U-haul before and you're supposed to clean after each rental and it's a discretion of what's really dirty and not! Meaning it wasn't subjective for a $25 charge but that money goes directly in their pocket. NEVER AGAIN!!

ROBERT G.They don't have an iota of integrity in that branch. Once they have your debit/credit card in their disposal, they charge all sorts of unreasonable charges to your card after dropping the truck. I already paid for $14 insurance during booking, additional $5 for safe trip fee was charged to my card. I bought gas in the truck before drop off, additional $15 for fuel charge was charged to my card again. The truck was super clean before drop off, $10 cleaning fee was charged to my card again. $1 environmental fee was charged to my card also. This branch is horrible. Nobody should go there for u-haul rental. I will never ever rent truck from that branch again.

Jim C.I was overcharged for a dolly there I never used and I was overcharged for the moving blankets that I never used and then I was overcharged for $23.98 for a fee that I don't even know what that was about. I will never use this location again. I demand a refund of $83.98. If I don't I do have a current lawyer that I will sue for. I did call and complain and he kept on repeating that he charged me for appliance Dolly which I did use. But other than that the other charges are fraudulent. I am demanding my money back by Monday morning otherwise I will sue with my lawyer.

Deatra D.The guy renting to me was rude. One of the off the wall comments he made to me was "I'm doing you a favor" and "you need to work on yourself". I barely said 15 words in total to him. I'm a Dr and have been practicing for 20 yrs with no complaints about my customer service so I know how to talk to people. I didn't tell him any of that though. I would have left if I hadn't given my word to help someone move. I won't rent from there again.
William S.I paid for a furniture dolly and received a utility dolly even after I explained that it was the wrong dolly to the service guy. He said it was a furniture dolly and I needed to learn how to use it. It was not the one pictured with four small wheels. Moving wide pieces of furniture was difficult with a utility dolly. I already requested a refund from the email address listed at the bottom of my confirmation page

Michael B.Well first of all I was supposed to pick truck up at Harvey Illinois. They called me and said I need to pick up at Richton park.. they told me I could pick truck up at 10:30 am. I drive 380 miles to get truck . At 10:45 I get to place to get truck they didn't open til 12 . So I had to sit in parking lot for over a hour to get the truck .. truck was fine , service from corporate was terrible .

JAKE E.They were unprepared and poorly organized. It took me almost an hour to leave with my rented truck. The truck itself was in good condition and worked as desired. However, the pickup location used a backroom of the second hand store location. The backroom was in disarray and looked unprofessional for a Uhaul pickup. Customer service was lacking an associates did not appear to have system in place to handle renters in a timely manner. I would not pick up a Uhaul from this location again.
