Everything was good no changes but one Mr.Barry or his Name is Larry he is a good person his experience is great very good man, I was so impressed of how he changed my mood I was stressed bad but when I left the stress was gone.

Shams NThis whole experience was bad. The reservation is pointless when I have to give the person all the information again when I went pick the truck up. Then wait for them to type into their phone. Yes, their phone for some reason. Then the drop off location you already told me was good isn’t even an option. Stop sub contracting your services. It is not a good look for U-Haul.
David eThe staff was helpful and got me in and out quickly. The only "hitch" (pun intended) is that had I not paid online then It would have taken much longer because the website wasn't working for them to pull up my reservation.
Allayne SThis entire Uhaul experience was HORRIBLE! The representative just immediately goes into she can't help me, I need to call corporate before I even told her what my issue was which she could help with. To her credit she did try to issue me a credit but come to find our, not only did I not receive my equipment I requested I was OVERCHARGED FOR IT! It was supposed to be $7 a furniture dolly and I was charged $12 EACH! I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN

ANNETTE NThey were closed on the day we went but everything went smooth. Truck was set up and ready to go. This was easily the smoothest uHaul experience I’ve ever had. If I ever need a uhaul again I will be using this location.

Roger SEnsure the location selected to pick the truck up doesn't change. While the location change was only a mile away, I chose the location closest to the POD facility.

PATRICIA HIt isn't the location that was the problem. U-Haul was the problem. I was quoted a weekly packaged price, which we needed to extend for three weeks. Okay, fine I will continue to pay the packaged price. Wait, not so fast soldier, what they don't say, is the package price is a lie. For three weeks renting a nothing cargo van the total costs were well beyond double. I'm talking I could pay the mortgage on a 600k house, for three weeks rental. I will never rent from U-Haul again period, and would never recommend them. This particular facility is great, I would give them 5 stars, if I could give U-Haul less than one. I'd go as low as the option provided for U-Haul. Terrible experience.

James MCustomer Service people at this location were courteous, friends, and very understanding. The vehicle might need some maintenance that we have used as it sounds kind of old. Overall, I think it is a good place to pick off and drop off vehicles for rent.
Rukman GI rented a $19.00 truck for one day and it cost me $225 with gas. Mileage prices are to high.
tab jStruggled with the pick-up process. Website would not recognize my phone number and then was on hold for 15 minutes waiting to talk to someone to get through the process.

Lynn-Ann RI had originally reserved a van at a different locations but it wasn't returned before I needed it and they were able to find me a van at the White Marsh location. Pickup was a breeze and the lady at the counter was nice and pleasant to deal with. Drop off was easy filling out a few thing online before leaving the key in a drop box. Would definitely use them again when I move in a few weeks.
MARIA PWhen the customer pays for the dolley to be in the truck put the fucking dolley in the truck. don't offer it if you can't provide it. I was expecting one since i paid for it (and booked well in advance) and the truck was empty. And i couldn't remove that charge at the end- very annoying. scamming people out of more money

Hamid HThe reason I came to this location is ,,where I usually go to in the past was forcing customers to make appointments online. it is a very busy store and I was surprised to see that only one person was available for so many customers ..then as I walk towards the entrance..a sign on the door reads...NO WALK INs ONIINE RESEVE ONLY.. will never use that location again...no warning,,nothing ..I will go to another office..one that is better ran...a wasted day. ..

JOHN VExtremely pleasant and quick in and out! Usually takes at least 15 minutes at other locations bit this was less than 5 minutes to pick up and 1-2 minutes to drop off. Young lady at the counter was very helpful and friendly. Truck was in nice condition and super clean. will definitely be back again.
