Truck we booked in advance, broke down after a block. My brother walked back to uhaul because it was only a block away. The U-Haul employee told him to take his personal vehicle " go throw some money in this gas can and throw $10 in mine while you're at it". We had no transportation or help while there since we flew in from Oklahoma. After we were able to get gas in it, it broke down about a mile out. After reporting it and waiting three hours someone finally showed up. They said "oh yea!, We figured the gas was drained from it because the gask tank was open but it looks like they drilled a hole in the gas tank, so we will just patch it and you can be on your way. With the amount of issues it already had there was no way we were going to drive it from Washington State to Oklahoma. We asked for a new truck and were told they didn't have anymore. So we asked that they check other locations. They found another one but tries to charge another $200 for it! The one make worker said he was going to credit my account for the money that was put in the first truck, and just drained out. It wasn't credited. UHaul corporate said they were going to speak to a few people and get back to us. That was about a week ago, still haven't heard from anyone. We lost a day of work due to the insanity they were pulling. We had to spend extra money to extend hotel stays, appointments and cancellations. It was the worst experience I have ever had. No one seems to be too bothered by it to do anything about it. I will never use Uhaul again, I will always give my honest experience with what we dealt with and went through. If I ever treated a customer the way we were treated, I would be sick with embarrassment and shame! No returned calls, no discounts, absolutely nothing. The fact that it out is even more behind and out hundreds of dollars because of how WE we're treated is far from "good customer service", No sympathy. In all honesty I don't really believe anyone really gave a shit! I sincerely hope nobody else has to deal with anything like this! It was and has been a complete nightmare. George Moore was extremely helpful and kind. He helped me check in and answered all my questions. I would only rent from his location because he did such an outstanding job with my rental. I was nervous and he was very calming, considerate, and even though it was the late afternoon the day before Thanksgiving, he did not rush me at all. Picture of where keys were located was completely different from where you get the keys from. Returned Returned truck early and got charged a late fee, returned the truck with more gas than when I received it and got charged. Terrible location. Will not recommend.Victoria D.

The u haul center overcharged me for 39 miles and over stated the gas in the truck. When confronted turned from nice guy to complete jerk. Got a picture? Prove it he said. Got a problem call u haul and good luck and get the â€¢â€¢â€¢â€¢ off my lot. I just got scammed for $50. I'll continue being a u haul customer but will never go back to that location again and will photograph everything next time.ROBERT C.

The battery on the truck died during my use. It took a long one just to find someone with jumper cables to start it back up. Which took so much time I was an hour late dropping off the vehicle. For the amount I paid for this service, I either want a discount or refund. It was the most stressful experience.Maggie C.

Terrible location, would not recommend anyone renting from them for multiple reasons. I was overcharged $100+ because the contract I was given at the counter had the incorrect fuel and mileage for the truck I rented. When getting into the truck and going through the process to document the condition of the truck on the uhaul website, I uploaded a picture of the correct fuel level and mileage on the website disputing this difference. When I returned the truck the person working charged me based on their incorrect fuel level and mileage given on my original contract. When I told him these numbers were wrong and I uploaded the correct mileage and fuel level on the uhaul website, he became combative and told me it was impossible and he takes pictures of the trucks every morning. He proceeded to pull out an iPad and go through pictures from 2020. Feeling I wasn't going to get anywhere with this guy, I left and sorted out my problem with the uhaul 1-800 number. After talking to multiple people they confirmed this truck was being driven by someone at the location and had unaccounted for miles that were not from someone renting the truck. Not sure if this location was actively trying to scam me or just not on top of who is actually using their trucks. Either way I would not step foot in this place again. Also, multiple employees in this facilities were not wearing masks indoors!Joseph H.

Apparently I was mischarged by accident by the person here. I was charged for two equipment dollies instead of two bags of moving blankets. This charge confused the staff at the dropoff location. I did not look carefully enough at the statement of charges displayed in the self-checkout process. Otherwise the guy here seemed nice.Laurence L.

Somehow someone else's drivers license info was applied to my rental contract and my rental authorization was initially denied which resulted in a significant delay in securing the truck and getting to my appointment. This was 100% a U-Haul error either at headquarters or the location and should be fixed so others aren't affected by this glitch.Faipea A.
