Just the charged that shouldn't be there. Over the past 60-days, I have rented 3-trucks, and 3 or 4 enclosed cargo trailer to move. That should be taken into consideration.

The guy at the location center for the pick up was late

Well, for starters when someone reserves a specific size of vehicle they should be advised differently. As I went to pick up my 20 ft truck and was told even though it was there that I had to take the 15 foot. Which resulted in me having to leave many many items behind. Which costs me more money as now I have to purchase all of these items in the town I moved to. 6 hours away. I reported this to customers service called over 20 times each time I was sent to different department and resulted in the phone being disconnected. I also did the call back about 6 times and got disconnected as soon as call back was answered. I'm still hoping to discuss this further and see what you will do to compensate me and my family.

The young man on the desk was not helpful. He was not knowledgeable about anything, his line used over and over was that he just hands out the truck keys. We returned the truck 2 hours before the location was closed but the door was locked and young man gone for the day. We rented a truck for less than 8 hours on a Sat. But were charged for 3 days rental and 3 days insurance. In addition we were charged for extra litres of gas even though we returned the truck with more gas than what we started with. When my husband went back to location on the Monday to deal with the overcharge the young man said there was nothing he could do that we would have to call the uhaul 1 800 number ( even though the young man's nsmevwas on the transaction receipt.) We called uhaul twice to be out in a waiting que twice for 45 minutes each time and only to be told that We would have to deal with it st the location in question.

U-haul changed my pick up and drop off at the last moment, making it a serious inconvenience. Also, the online system did not work and it took over an hour to get someone on the phone and get my keys. The experience was terrible, and I will not use U-haul again.

My Truck was blocked in by a returned truck, not the owners fault but easily avoided with planning. Put my move behind by over an hour.

There was construction type waste laying next to the bldg. The open hours online and listed on the door state 0900, still not open at 0915. Glad I wasn't depending on this location to start my long trip.

This location is easy to find and managed by a very pleasant young man. Only issue I had was with the U-Haul website which would not let me sign in ahead even though I had a reservation with the confirmation email to validate. Website continued to say I had no reservations and hence I had to wait for the location to open before I could pick up trailer.

This location doesn't know how to hold a truck size reservation. I reserved a 15ft weeks in advance and they only had 10ft's available. The truck I got was disgusting, it looked like it was abandoned for months with the windows open. I had to buy Lysol wipes to clean it. I won't be back at the Alliston location.

We were not able to find the location. We ended up driving your home and trying to drop off again the next day - the only UHaul sign was blocked by a machine at this convenience store, and the photo of the location on Google is a different building.

When trailer was hooked up and light systems checked for operation the running lights did not function. The attendant was unable to help trouble shoot the issue. Not his fault, suggested I call for service. Could not head out on my journey because of running lights issue and had to stay overnight. Adding an extra day to my trip and extra charge for the trailer. Had to trouble shoot and repair the malfunction myself. Turns out the problem stems from the original installation performed by Uhaul on Coventry road. Faulty wiring work. Alan

Dropped truck off with right amount of gas as matched with pick up amount. M y credit card waas then charged an addituonal $35 un further gas money to fill the tank whickh wasnt my cost as my truck was pucked up at just iver half a tank. Wh3n I asked the worker about this he said take it up with U-Haul as it ls his responsibility to maintain the vechiles and he cannot aupply me with a rwfind even though the card shoildnt have been charged in thenfirst place.

I relied on the automated system to pick up the vehicle at 7:30 AM instead of 9AM when they opened. I was to receive all the information to unlock the truck, and drive off. That never happened. I lost 1.5 hours of my day waiting for someone to show up. When they did show up, they finished their morning chores before helping me with the vehicle. This lost time threw off my entire day, causing me to be late at each location I needed to go to pick up materials. I am currently awaiting a call with a customer service representative named Angela Seay to explain my concerns and discuss how to address this issue.

Nothing to do with this location but the on line booking system is useless. This is the second time I've used it. First time I wanted a trailer to be picked up in Alliston and I ended up at last minute being told I could get one 45 mins away. This time I go to pick up a trailer and none were available. So why have a booking system and reservation if equipment not guaranteed to be available. In the end I spent $200 more than I wanted to to rent a truck. This location was great and I give them 5 stars but uhaul's booking system not so much.
