One of friendly and easy place to rent from.
Tim MitchellThe drop-off location offered to me was 23 miles and a 30 minute drive from where I moved to - I drove right by a U-haul location about 5 minutes from where I moved to but this drop off location was not offered to me when I made the reservation. This extra 30 minute trip at the end caused me to go over my allowed mileage by 17 miles. I would like to be reimbursed for that extra mileage charge.
Glenn RyersonPricing was a little confusing but was all figured out. A pricing sheet that explains how pricing works, was charged a different amount that what was on the initial reciept. Overall the experience was a great though.

KYLE MARQUARTOverall experience was great! My only question is why is there no receipt of any kind given upon return of the trailer? Unit was not locked down so anyone could stop by and drive off with the same trailer.
James MartinVery disappointed on lady met at counter at supermarket. She had her mouth full of food and kept going back and forth from her office and counter. The kicker was though she never gave me a receipt just an email but told me the email would tell me what serial number it was and I need to go load it myself!! Fortunately I have common sense and new how to do it.
William ThomasVery friendly service. Quick. Trucks easily accessible in large parking lot. Easy to return. I drove over ten miles past another U-Haul facility that was closer to my house in order to rent from this location. That cost me over $30 in extra miles plus fuel, but it was worth it.
David MillsHave my truck at the first place I reserved it at, I had to do customer service’s job and find another location. All in all it was poor experience and I will never recommend you to anyone. But I really liked the gentleman I picked my truck up from.

Robert StrobelThe Uhaul reservation system does not clarify that you do not have a true reserved pickup location and time. When you rent a car to be picked up at a given location the location is fixed. This also applies to your drop off site “confirmed” location.

james FosterWorst experience I ever had! Making a reservation for a truck pick up that evening and not getting one until noon the next day! Really put me behind as far as moving!
John HeitkampHas nothing to do with the place we picked up the trailer, but this was the 3rd booking we had for the trailer. The first one told us the trailer was in Warrenton MO, but the paperwork showed another place that was further away. Then we booked in Washington MO and said we would pick up at 8 am. The day before I got a call to confirm pick up and I was told the trailer wouldn't be there until noon and that I can't choose the pick up time. They were able to switch me in to a trailer that I was able to pick up at 8 in a near by town.
Paul Van SistineUnless you are in this area is was inconvenient and not near a gas station if needed. In the middle of nowhere and narrow windy roads each way we went. But it was there and accessible.
Francesca CoxI didn’t sign up for the movers insurance for $56 but it was added anyways. It was called a deposit & I didn’t notice until I looked at my contract. I had reserved already online & it was added after the fact with nothing explained.

ANTHONY WALLINGUhaul was great. I gave them short notice. The time I originally was given was later than I wanted.. While driving around doing errands we saw a truck had been returned at another location and 1-800-go-uhaul arranged it asap.

James SchirmerThe service and equipment were wonderful, great working with the team there. Only wish they had other moving essentials, boxes, tape, mats etc. And the smaller truck isn't a difficult step up, but a ramp would have been good too, for the heavier items.
