The van was not clean when I picked it up. Which did not interfere with my need. I did blow the van out with a blower before returning it. It was a very easy to handle vehicle. Easy pick up and return location.

The online pickup was terrible and took an excessive amount of time. I was automatically set up for insurance which after reading what it covered I did not want it. When I went to enter fuel and mileage I was kicked out completely and prompted to start all over again. I just took a photo of the readings on the dashboard. Renee was excellent and very helpful in the ordering of the truck. The online portal was not.

I was charged 20dollars for an after hour fee. This is a fee that they collect for not doing nothing. Ridiculous charge. Also, the cable attaching the electrical wires to my vehicle had been patched with electrical tape. Shoddy.

I was overcharged for mileage and safe move insurance which I declined and signed a waiver acknowledging I declined it. While Mike made things right but it is ridiculous to be blatantly over charged without explanation.

I was overcharged not once but TWICE. I don't know if the workers here need extra training or if they are not competent to do the job. I had a very simple 10 hour rental that turned out to cost me over $350 plus overdraft fees. I will never use this location again and WILL NOT recommend anyone else use them.

Tracy was very helpful when renting the climate controlled space. The area was clean and cool. I specifically like the fact that security cameras are used and that access is limited to 7 AM to 7 PM.
