The rental could have been a disaster if the staff member was not onsite. Contactless pickup would not have worked because the web site would not send me a link to update my password. Additionally, the web site wasn't working when I dropped it off, so I had to confirm when I was down the road. Also, remove the extra $20 charge for verification the next day. You cannot trust the web site to operate when you need it.NORMAN G.

The actual truck was great but the lady behind the counter was rude and talked over me when I tried to explain that I did not use all the mileage. I didn't understand how things work at uhaul because she first handed me a bill for the full mileage so when I explained to her that I didn't use all of what was estimated on the first bill, she was so rude and disrespectful. She was rolling her eyes and talking to me like I was a child. Better customer service would have made this a great experienceLauri C.

Awful experience. We rented a 10 ft truck for 10 am. We arrived they said they didn't have it so would charge us for 15 ft. Or go to diff location or wait till 2 pm. Not our fault your customers don't return on time. The woman working was so nasty. Just rude. We will never rent again.Chris H.

My truck was not there had to go to another site and then they wanted 140.00 for 3 hours I don't what kind of crap this company is trying to pull . I better not get any charges on my credit card.This was a total desaster of a transaction and would not ever recommend Uhaul to anyone.Brian Y.

Truck was old and had issues. Mirror on drivers side fell and looked at only the ground so driving was difficult. It had a crack in the mirror. Drove like it was old, the steering wheel was loose and the truck wobbled. Also im nkt too sure you are cleaning and sterilizing after use and that concerns me as well. Overall this was my worst experience with uhaul.Brian D.

Check in/out process was much more complicated than expected and took way too long. It would have been nice for the reservation instructions to include that location services must be enabled on your phone for pickup. Lock in bin to get key was not easy to get into and I had to ask for assistance.Ron L.
Mattresses and possibly other packed items damaged by rain water in truck rented from another location. The drop off location was very helpful and did deadline the truck so it could be inspected and repaired. Dry nice location and was convenient to our storage area.FRED T.

This was a smooth pickup and drop off and employees wore masks. Only one customer allowed inside at a time. I liked that you can go online ahead of time to upload your license photos, saving you time once you get there. The truck floor could have been cleaner (there were cracker crumbs) but overall it was easy to drive and a great experience. This is my third time going to this location and I'll return again.Janet M.

truck was not properly cleaned in the cab or the cargo area. in light of the current health concerns this should be priority ONE!!! The " traffic control" person that contacted me to go to another location than the location that I reserved the truck is absolutely horrible... she is in great need a customer training...Kevin H.

Cathy was great, answering my questions about the rental. Explained how the charges worked. Even gave me a mask to wear, I had forgotten mine in my friends car when she dropped me off. And they require customers to wear them, which made me feel good that they care about their employees and the public that comes in.Patrick R.

the woman at the store was incredibly rude. i am hard of hearing and she was way too irritated when i asked her to repeat herself. speech is way more difficult to understand behind a mask. i guess the ADA doesn't apply at uhaul. this was supposed to be a no contact pickup. when i was outside on my phone trying to find the codes she told me none of the contactless pickups were ready so i had to go inside and deal with her, unfortunately. i will always choose another location in the future (or other brand entirely, there are choices) and advise others to do the same, based on this woman's completely unacceptable attitude. she needs to realize that she works for the person renting the truck and she is fired from ever working for me again. poor rating for the location is entirely based on my experience with that person. someone needs to have a talk with her. i understand things are difficult currently but that doesn't excuse the complete lack of common courtesy. there was no apology for not having the contactless pickup ready, quite the opposite, it was as if somehow her inability to do her job is my fault. there is no excuse for that type of behavior.Matthew B.
