My experience was awful..causing me stress time and money due to faulty truck. I hired moving company and time was against me to be messing with roadside. Plus trying to contact the location was awful being put on hold and having phone continuously hangup. Original reserved truck was not available upon arrival. Van was not cleaned and it leaked in the corner into the storage area. Also, I got charged for gas and I returned it with the same amount as when I picked it up. I traveled only 30 miles and put 3 gallons in but was charged for 1.7 more gallons. 30 gallons divided by 4.7 gallons is only 6.38 miles per gallon. That doesn't sound right. The location was fine, but the truck left a lot to be desired. Not pleased with the gas situation eitherErnest D.

If not for the staff member, Solar, my experience would have been poor. I needed pads and was disappointed to discover no pads in the truck. I went to the door of the closed office and she came out and explained that they didn't have any, but where I could go to get some. When I returned the truck, I realized that I had only picked up 1/2 of the 2 dozen pads I had ordered. I explained the situation to Solar and she immediately volunteered a refund and a refund for the pads I did have since I had to drive out of my way to get them. She gets five stars! GraciasDaniel O.

The mobile checkin/out process felt very tedious. Tried using both browser and the app from two different phones and had problems uploading required pictures, navigating through the pages, and app freezing/requiring restart multiple times. The online process and pickup was very lengthy! I waited over 40 mins to be approved and as I'm waiting the system had an error, and asked me to start my process over. It was a complete nightmare. I ended up having to go inside and have the front desk attendant help me.Shiva L.

This location is not suitable for contactless pick up. I am on a major cell network (Verizon) and couldn't get good cell service. This made picking up and returning the van a nightmare. The pick up process took 25 minutes! There was no one on-site to help me.Holly H.

No cool that you charged me $40.58 for fuel. There was a fuel shortage, I drove the truck 17 miles. I sought out fuel at numerous locations and couldn't find any. I was told you would charge $2.85 per gallon for the use of the truck. I expected under $10 for gas, not $40+. Not nice to take advantage of people.PETER ALLEN K.

The application or servers were broken when I was trying to return the van. It would be good to provide guidance to go inside if having trouble, or to have an online chat option to try. I would get pictures in and then the session would reset! Extremely frustrating. Also, the local worker did not check-in the vehicle with the time I actually returned it. This could be a big problem if uhaul enforced the time stringently or if someone else wanted the vehicle. Next time I might not use the app and just work with the local agent instead, it was more frustrating than expected.Craig L.

We had an exceptional experience with our truck rental from this location. The young lady that was running the front desk/rentals was very thorough and worked well with the customers as we came in. The truck we were given had the check engine light on, so we had to go to another location to get another truck.DILIP S.
There was no one at the first location I made my reservation. I called customer service and I was sent to another location less than 2 miles away. I got the truck I wanted. I returned the truck later that day and abd I was charged for EZ fuel when I have put more gas than what was there when I got the truck. I called customer service again to complain about the charges and I was told that it was an error and that it will be fixed and someone will call me. I have not yet received that call. I am not happy with my experience this time.BABA T.

My only issue was that I was in line and the customer service rep was stepping outside to help customers before me. I told her I would step outside and tell the person who dropped me off that my truck was ready and she said as soon as she finished with the people before me she would get me my rental truck. While I walked to the car, another customer walked in. When the staff person came back in, she started helping the other customer, who was standing in front of the counter, instead of me, and I had to wait 20 more minutes to get my truck.LISA D.
