Change of pick up location day before pick up, system problem delaying pick up of truck, confusion over what was reserved, different truck than what was ordered was received, 1 hr delay in pick up of truck due to system issues, but provided extra miles for incomvenience

Oscar PThe location was good overall, but my only complaint was that I made reservation to return equipment at 6 pm and the facility closed it’s gate at 5 pm. It wasn’t clear in text message that I couldn’t return after hours. It would’ve been helpful to know that ahead of time so that I could’ve brought the equipment sooner. However, I was able to call customer service & they extended my reservation until the next day so I was able to make my return easily the next morning. So I would still recommend the location and use this location again.

JULIO RTerrible customer service. Young man and woman who worked were extremely rude and lazy. More concerned with there phone then helping MY ELDERLY MOTHER. Also made her return the rented truck in 2 hours instead of relying all options to her. Like returning truck the next day for SAME PRICE. my mother felt taken advantage of by these employees

You were very kind when I picked up the U Haul truck in the evening to pick up my new couch and when I returned the truck in the morning the service was just as kind. All customer service was pleasant and professional. I will definitely be returning to this facility. And thank you for such a great truck the air worked great and was clean. My trip was wonderful.

OTONIEL SThe staff was very responsive. They even open early to check us in. The only issue we have is that a car trailer was connected to the rental truck and had not been removed. We were told that if we could wait an hour, someone would come to unhook the trailer. Sine we were pressed for time, We ended up disconnecting the trailer ourselves.

Jeff LAlthough initially there was some miscommunication on time of pick up, ANGELA went out of her way to make sure I was able to pick up the rental! If she isn't the manager, whomever is in charge needs to promote her! SHE 100% MADE THE DIFFERENCE, THANK YOU ANGELA!!!

Jaesung SI reserved a uhaul truck online and When I arrived to pick up my assigned uhaul truck at the location there was a couple of giant slabs of concrete and an iron table in the back of the truck that were too heavy to remove. This was inconvenient because then the front desk lady had to try to find me another vehicle and was unable to find the same size vehicle. I was over an hour behind schedule which was very frustrating.
Maritza MWas given a truck with a pad-locked cargo door full of furniture which I only found out after I got to my destination... A completely useless truck. An hour later, a stranger showed up with the padlock key and exchanged my truck for a larger truck which I didn't need but accepted it anyway to try to make progress. I missed both my pick-up and delivery windows which cost me twice the time and money. They said they would not charge me but instead gave me just a $15 discount and all charges were based on the larger truck which I never ordered. Truly shameless and I expect a refund ASAP.
Marc LThe equipment was clean but ants were crawling inside the vehicle. Staff was not very intuitive - took 30 mins to check out a vehicle that I had a reservation for. The woman had to check In the vehicle from the last person but I booked the first reservation for the day at 9am open. When I returned the vehicle the lady asked if I had any trouble with the van and after I answered I stood waiting for 5 minutes before I asked if she needed anything else from me. She just said no - didn't offer a receipt or let me know I was all checked out - I asked her " so I've just been waiting here for no reason " she mentioned some people like to wait until the process was done. Just confusing, not enough communication - waste of time guessing what she needed next.
