John lealCheck gas level while parked in front of office. Being parked where there's any kind of down grade makes fluid levels not accurate. Fluid should always be checked in level ground.

Becca Brewer-LoweNo improvement necessary. Check-in was easy and the agent made it easier and pleasant. The truck was clean and served my needs well. What I really needed, however, was a pickup truck rather than a van, but I understand pickup trucks are scarce and not based at this location.

Leonard GarciaThe representative did not mention the gas cost. Had I known it would be $30+ for just 38 miles instead of market rate of about $10, I would have put the 2 gallons back before drop off. Who can afford that at a time like this? At the airport, rental car companies have signs EVERYWHERE, AND they tell you, AND they point to it on the contract, AND you sign which option you will be choosing. Incredibly misleading UHaul!

Adam Michael BurtonGot an old truck with multiple issues. No usb port like the newer ones, seems minor but charging and music are a pretty big deal when you’re driving for 40 hours. Tire monitor system malfunctioned the entire trip. Tire kept losing pressure and needed inflating every hour. Had to call roadside assistance to replace tire. Wipers were nearly useless in extreme weather conditions. Overall hugely stressful experience during a cross-country drive.
Hamilton KalbfleischThey told me if I bring it back before 6 PM. I could check it in with them. I brought it back at 5:50 PM and he told me he could not check it in then I asked him to verify he had received it. He said he did not work for U-Haul and couldn’t help me, but he was the same guy who signed me up for the rental. He also told me if I don’t use 50% of the gas it would be no gas charge. Then he charged me for gas but I sent a photo showing that it was +50% in the tank and received a refund from U-Haul. Lots of miscommunication at this location .

Barbara Mc Intyre2nd location where I reserved a furniture dolly only to arrive and find out that there were none available. Kind of disappointing, but not the location's fault.
Charles HouptService members were friendly but everything else was poor. Truck was not clean and had no fuel in it. Gas gauge literally said “0 miles of fuel”. I was warned of this by staff. I managed to get to fuel station in time but had to pay a premium rate for gas. The reservation came with an appliance dolly, which I paid for, but despite confirmation by staff, was not in the truck when I drove to my location to move a refrigerator. When I returned the truck, staff said they would reimburse me the dolly cost but that didn’t happen, so I had to return the next day. Not sure this experience could have been worse frankly.

It would be nice to inform about how the gas tank, lights, and hazard lights work as that tends to be something I'm not familiar with as the vehicle is new to me. Other than that, the guy was super nice and helpful with clear instructions. Very quick pick up and drop off.

Michael StaceyThe truck I rented from this location was very dirty with bio hazard waste, soil, trash, and unknown liquids in the back. I had to sweep & mop the truck before even moving my items. I reported these issues to Security Public Storage & they were very dismissive saying I needed to contact U-haul directly. I inquired if the storage service employees were responsible for checking and cleaning the trucks between customers if needed, and the rep told me they are. So in my opinion this was important feedback for them yet I received no apology, gratitude for reporting the issue, or offer of assistance until after I pointed out that it was reasonable for me to report it to them. However, when I contacted Uhaul customer service, the woman I spoke with on the phone, Joelle Berry, was one of the most kind, helpful and empathetic customer service reps I have had the pleasure of speaking with in quite some time. She was understanding and helped me submit the report and quickly offered an apology and a gift card as a way to make up for the condition of the uhaul truck. I am very satisfied with the way she handled the situation and wanted to make sure I mentioned her outstanding performance. All in all the prices were fair to rent the truck, it ran well and the inside cab was in decent condition. I just think the Storage business employees need to be sure to check the back of the truck in between customers. The front desk worker I picked the truck up from was friendly though. Hate to give bad reviews but I've decided to practice honest feedback.
