Saliem ABe more honest about the size of the U-Haul. We felt very deceived about the actual size and what I could fit. We had to throw away some furniture because it did not fit

NOEL JMy order summary drop off date said June 5th, but my contract said June 4th at 10:00 am. The lady I talked to here said I was all set to return the truck on June 5th, but this was incorrect. Because of this, I had gotten charged almost $60 for an extra day. She was very nice and helpful, but I had gotten incorrect information that caused me to get blind sided and lost money for an extra day of charge.

CLARANCE WThe storage facility was very clean and seems very safe, I like the indoor storage concept. The staff was excellent, very helpful informative & attentive, they were very welcoming and moved quickly through the process. My truck was ready and waiting for me when I arrived and my storage rental only took a few minutes. I would definitely recommend this facility for storage rental as well as equipment rental.
