I had one last drop off to make. I was there aproximately 10 : 05 PM Sunday night. I rang the bell because l couldn't get the gate to open. The women came down and was very rude to me.

This facility is clean and very secure with working video cameras and is completely fenced off with a gate code to enter and exit. The on-site manager is very kind.

Unfortunately, we were not aware that this site does not qualify for the 1 month free rent. There was quite a bit of confusion with that. However, Jay was fantastic and very helpful!

Had problem using the lock Uhaul recommended. The latch was not even so the lock couldn't lock. Had to buy a different lock. Other than that everything was very good. Friendly person at the office

This is THE WORST place to get a storage unit. I used them for 6 months and came home to the most disgusting scene I've ever seen. Everything was coated in mouse feces and chewed up. DO NOT USE THEM

I was there for 2 months and never had to worry about my property. The lot is very secure and well lit. I love the location as it is off the beaten path. The staff was warm and welcoming. Thanks guy!

The lady that helped me at the desk was super nice and friendly, so that was great, but there was some confusion on what storage unit i had reserved. and I thought my storage unit would be much bigger

I got kicked out of my storage unit by an e mail so i didnt know until they locked me out. They gave me 1 day to move all because of a cardboard box that was left somewhere not even on their property.
