I did not select the SafeTow rental coverage for the trailer and was charged $24.00. I responded to 879007_AFM@uhaul.com via e-mail to get this corrected and have my credit card credited without a reply. Not a happy U-Haul customer. Will be telling all of my friends about this 'virtual' situation and to not trust the ease of U-Haul's web based reservation system. Some one should call me, Jeff Gordon, at 916-807-3029 to discuss and correct my charges.JEFFREY G.

I think the only comment I have about the beginning of the rental experience is I would have preferred the web site be accurate / up to date with the availability of the trailers for the days I had reserved!KENNETH S.
While the location was new, clean great staff etc. my initial pick location was down the road from me. There was some confusion initially about my rate and pick up location etc. in the end I had to change my plans and ended up driving 1/2 hour to pick up van.Colin S.

The code lock where I got the key was malfunctioning and appeared to be broken. After waiting on hold for about 30 min the customer service rep mentioned a way to try and open the lock and it worked. Other than that was a delight to do business with u haul and will definitely be using again in a few months when house is finished being built.Scott P.
