Middle seat look like there was dip or soda spilt , fuel wasn’t topped off. Location god was not properly working. Didn’t have any of the items I needed for moving, had to drive 35 miles away from the location I ordered from to get a truck.

Michael YWere no there when told truck would be available for pickup. Told we could drop off truck in Kilgore, but not true. Mileage on truck was incorrect. Blamed district manager for all issues.
Marilou BYou have a lot problems going on. I made a reservation for a 6 x 12 trailer but they didn’t have one. Then I had to drive to another location that had one and it took an hour to finish documentation. The location that was on the contract to return the unit wouldn’t accept the trailer. He told me to take it to another Uhaul place down the road. So that was another 15 minute commute out of my way. The whole process was completely unsatisfactory. Not happy at all. Very unprofessional.
