I did not even get a chance to store my camper because it was stolen two days after I rented it so never went to facility. And I called and told them that. I also asked about a refund since I never even got to use it. I was told I would have to speak to UHaul and I did they said that this company was an affiliate so they would have to issue me a refund. So three days and I called on Thursday and on Friday. There is no policy against refunds on the agreement. I checked
