HELZIE LThe 24/7 checkout process was really glitchy. It took over 45 minutes for me to able to pick up the truck at the start of the rental. I had to call customer service twice during the process to be able to get the vehicle keys.

Rosa WRyan was amazing and so helpful. I came down on a Friday with a bunch of street construction, he took his time and helped me reschedule and even took me out to see what I was renting. Figured out it was not the right size, so he helped my get the next trailer up. Upon pick up he was amazingly helpful, hooked it up for me and gave me clear instructions on how to use it and where to watch my fingers. When I returned it so helpful and unhooked it and moved it where it goes. I was supposed to rent a trailer at a U-Haul facility in North Fontana but they were not helpful, it was so refreshing to go to Secure RV, and have Ryan who was so helpful. Next rental, I will drive the extra 15 minutes, just to rent from this location.

Donald MCheck your equipment before allowing it to be reserved and rented out to your customers. The trailer I had reserved had a broken safety pin for the hitch and I was not able to use this trailer which ended up having me waste a lot of time with waiting for the employee to decide what was going to happen next since that was the only same sized trailer available. I had to rush in order to use the bigger trailer that was substituted to me on a timely manner since the destination I had to use this trailer had a closing time of 2pm. I was told I would get the $50 U-Haul reservation guarantee from the manger who spoke to the employee over the phone however no one has called me about how to get the $50 when he said he would call his manager right away as soon as I left and it is now 4 days later.

maribel bAfter picking up the truck the check engine light came on, had trouble shifting and barely made it to our destination. Floor was sticky and trash was on the floor. Was easy to pick up, but truck was in poor shape.

Fabiola PServise was ok. How ever I rented a motorcycle trailer and purchased some straps brand new from the rental office. I strapped the motorcycle down. As I was driving I noticed the motorcycle moving a lot. I pulled over and checked the straps. I immediately noticed both straps stretched at the hook. I had to stop. Leave my truck on the side of the road, and call a friend to give me a lift and repurchase some new straps at home depot. When I returned the trailer later that day I explained to the service man who did the transaction earlier that day what had happened. I showed him the bent straps and my receipt . I wanted a refund. It was only twenty dollars how ever it’s the principal not the money. He took the mater to his Manager and told me his managers response was all sales are final. And did not refund me my money. I feel that I should have been refunded my money because the straps failed! I almost lost a 10,000 dollar motorcycle because those straps failed! I will no longer be renting anything from U- Haul any longer. U-Haul does not care for there customers Saftey and well being.
Benny VI don't think it was the location's fault, but rather U-Haul. They had no record that I was scheduled to drop off the trailer when I showed up.
