It was closed and I had a hard time with the app to get it turned in

Stacy CThe Uhaul App needs work. It took forever for the location function to find me. Once that was finally worked out I had trouble with the I.D. authentication step to process. These seem like small problems but they added almost an hour to the pickup time. Drop off was a breeze though. Overall great experience.
Timothy RNo issues with truck or the location truck was at. However, I had spoken with a representative at the U-Haul lot on Highway 80 in Longview about needing a 15 foot truck the day before I rented. Got everything approved and ready to go, then I get a call from customer service the next day saying they rented out the truck I had reserved but they'd offer a 20 foot truck at a different location for the same price. I accept and go pick up the truck. I call and speak to another representative about the process for picking up the truck, and she was short and snappy with me. Charged me for the 20 foot truck when I was offered to only pay 15 foot price. Was asked how many miles I needed the truck for, I said 30-50, the representative put me down for 15. Customer service on U-Haul's end needs some improvement.

Tim TLearn the actual sizes and recommendations for trailers vs. Car Dolly for when towing vehicles. I was denied a car Dolly for my Ford f150 I needed to tow and given a trailer instead. I advised that the trailer wouldn't be long enough for the truck but was I insisted that I had to use it. Long story short the truck hung off about 2ft or more from the back of the trailer with barely half of my rear tires on it. Next time listen to the customers that actually know what we are doing vs. Your everyday run of the mill customer. Thank you and have a great day.

tim dThe truck rented had over 100k miles and should not have been in the road. Warning lights kept coming on, A/C was low on freon. Roadside assistance came out but only solved the A/C issue. Do not rent trucks with over 100k miles. Perform a thorough inspections on parts,fluids, driving, and diagnostics before renting trucks.
