Not so much of the location put the process of getting the truck online is awful, unacceptable and worst I've ever had. Also rented a dolly but none in the truck and still got charged. Please credit me back.Edwin C.

U-Haul has a third party people that deals with customer I have been dealing with you for a little while but I've never had this bad experience in my life meaning meaning you being charged for something you do not use when I picked up the U-Haul I complained that he was dirty I end up cleaning it up and then a vendor if they charged me extra $39.90 and then I speak to a lady in a customer service and said that the money will be returned and not to find out in my account that doesn't other pending all $35 and some change and then I called customer service and then I had a guy talking to me I see no it's not my money I don't have the right to complain and I was trying to explain to him but oh my God it was horrible I don't know what is going on with you or customer service right now but please give someone talk to them because customers are using their money to portray something and don't get what they want I'm really pleading for U-Haul to please return my money thank you and God blessZera A.

Using the self check out was very stressful because the app was showing that we didn't have a reservation and it did not allow us to self check out.. we had to call customer service and After being transferred numerous times by nonchalant representatives that sounded as if they woke up as soon as the call was transferred to them, we finally for Jessica Angle on the line. She was patient, aware of the glitch and knee of a work around which ultimately led to us being able to finally check in. Jessica was amazing! Not only did she resolve our problem you could hear In her voice that she really wanted to help us and also help herself and team understand how this glitch was happening and hot they could fix it for the next customer who may have the issue. Nevertheless, it was an overall good experience. We got our truck and moved our things safely and at the end of the day that's all that matters.Jovanne H.

Make sure the secondary items that are ordered ahead of time are there when picking up the truck. If not, call the customer before they arrive to let them know. Truck was dirty and unsafe. I submitted a complaint but it hasn't been resolved to my satisfaction as I submit this.Edward P.

The van was very dusty and dirty. I rented a handtruck and was not there at pick up time so, it made my moving very difficult as I was counting on it. The lady manager/administrator was very kind and efficient. She provides sufficient explanatory information in a respectful manner. This is the very first time I experienced this type of service from U haul.Adriana C.

No one answers the phone at UHaul. On hold for an hour. They were late opening! When we returned the vehicle, we could not use the online website because it disputed miles. The next morning we received a call that our vehicle wasn't at that location. They somehow got our name on a different truck. Very confusing and difficult to pickup and return.Joan M.

The only criticism I could give , is the dollies. Very old and out of date . Extremely heavy on there one, and neither one had wheels that prevented the damage Of floors or make indentations into Linoleum. 7 $ so called box / furniture dollie , and the 10$ were a total loss. We ended up hurting or backs going down the stairs, 3 boxes had damaged dishes due to the not supportive tires trying to go down a flight of stairs , it was a total loss. We ended up leaving the washer and dryer because the appliance dollie damaged the floor in the kitchen, Cost me more than what it was worth. Yesterday I paid 83.00 for the truck and another 10 for gas. But I lost 3 boxes. Hurt my back and arm, 500.00 loss for the washer and dryer, and 17.00 for the dollies . Next time I will hire a moving service. But the customer service level at this uhaul location was outstanding . Jasmine was extremely knowledgeable, and walked me through my uhaul reservation. Please consider giving military discounts at the branch locations.Danielle T.
Please make sure that the companies you have contracts with leave the appropriate keys for the correct U-Haul truck so that your clients do not waste 4 hours of their time trying to obtain the U-Haul that they've already rented. Also be sure not to hold the finances on your clients bank account for every replacement U-Haul that y'all have to provede due to the contracted companies that are staging the U-Hauls not being properly prepared.Tytianna F.

Thank goodness for the business attendant. I was SUPPOSED to have 24/7 pick up. she set the keys in the lock box like she needed to. the UHAUL website would NOT allow me to get the van at 9:30am like I booked. Was forced to wait until business opened & then my reservation was "expired" then your company tried to book the van from under me! lost 2 hours on my reservation due to this. not happy with uhaul, luckly this lady saved the day for me and my move.Nathan M.
