Truck was disgusting. Not cleaned and had cigarette ashes every where. The truck had zero gas in it Very bad experience No body career at all Truck was good n bad mechanical shape, door jam had 1 inch had that made bad air noise when driving on interstate Never againjitandra P.
They did not have any dollies, despite having paid for one on the website. Lady at the front desk claimed she did not work for uhaul, gave me the truck keys and sent me on my way. She was rude and not very helpful. Had to do the move without the dolly. I would not recommend this location.juan R.

Wanda, at the front desk was incredibly rude. After my U-Haul was booked *in advance* with a tow dolly and furniture dolly, I got to the location and Wanda said â€˜we don't got dat' and brushed it off. So naturally, after planning a move depending on these dollys, I was frustrated. She told me that I could drive to the Savannah location (about 15-20 miles away) to pick one up, but would NOT be compensated for the miles or the gas that I put on the truck. She then said with an attitude â€˜I wouldn't be mad over a dolly'. I continued to try to explain to her that I had PLANNED and entire move expecting to rely on U-Haul to provide the equipment that I purchased and reserved for the particular date. I shouldn't have don't that. And DEFINITELY I will not make this mistake again. My card was charged $41.57 and I was told it'd be a pending charge until I returned the truck, and it'd be charged according due to the extra miles, and wether or not I brought it back full of gas. Which I did. Then my card was charged an ADDITIONAL $42.75 with no explanation or warning. I called to ask why and Wanda hung up in my face!!! I want my money back. At least for the unexplained addition charge. What an awful experience.Macy M.

I rented a UHAUL truck from Augusta, Ga to New Haven, Ct. The truck was returned in New Haven, Ct. I have been charged in the amount of $146.59 for a Wrongdropoff. Spoke to the Area Manager, Jenna Dean to resolve this issue. They are saying that the truck was dropped off in Bloomingdale, Ga. Apparently, is false and UHaul is not competent in figuring out what happened and resolving the issue. I am very unhappy about the fraudulent charges on my account and will have to file charges against UHAUL. I am very disgusted because I would rather being doing otherwise with my time and money.Chantay O.
I would not recommend anyone to uhaul unless they want loss 4 hours time on hold (start to finish) get shuffled from one site to the next, deal with 45+ min wait times on day of rental for assistance only to end up dealing with reps that doesn't have a clue about 24/7 apps, change s your location without your consent and changes your location that does not offer 24/7 service! the tech that does know about the app is disconnected about the duration of rental ( proceed very very disjointed) Plus get overcharged for equipment that you did get! It's a solid No to dealing this kind of jacked up fiasco again!CINDY D.

I ordered weeks in advance and got there to pickup the truck and the location was closed. I never received a telephone call or email letting me know anything changed. I called customer service and was changed to a new location and it added another 45 minutes to my pickup while Friends were at my hone waiting for my return. I brought the truck back the next day 2.5 hours late bc I didn't know I'd be charged for anything past 24 hours and now I owe an additional $33 for the rental fee and insurance. I've emailed asking for a rebate and gotten no response.natalie S.

Charged me for 5 days when I only used it for 6 hours. Sure I was refunded but not cool to open up your credit card bill and see that. Also signed up for the remote pick up/drop off with the app but when I got there I was told that's not an option even though the website said it was. The lady was nice about it but it's just frustrating. Oh and it had the wrong address. 2 stars only because she was so nice, otherwise 1 star for sure.Brian S.

The phone number given for this location is never answered. I was never able to confirm my pickup. I even called U-Haul for help confirming the day before because I could not reach anyone and they could not either. My pickup was scheduled for 1:00 pm. I arrived about ten minutes early and the clerk seemed aggravated. She said she closes at 1:00 everyday for lunch and that I almost missed her. She said a man came yesterday at 1:00 and had to wait for an hour to get his truck. She said he was upset. I can understand because I would've been upset, as well. I told her that I had been trying to call for several days to confirm my appointment but that her phone was never answered. She said U-Haul has the wrong number for them and has been told that several times but won't change it. This is a terrible customer experience!David H.
