Van reeked strongly of marijuana. There also was a broken plastic cover over the rear of the interior and the mat was humped up, not flat, and I had trouble loading because of this. Should NOT rent out weed-smelling vans unitl you actually clean the seats or whatever else holds the smell. It was oppressive through my mask! No contact highs, please!
Robin K.Before going to the Tara location my uhaul experience that day was horrible!! The location on McDonough rd was the worst experience I've had a uhaul customer their van wasn't up to par the customer service was rude she showed no concern for the fact that my time and money was wasted coming to her location I lost allot of time away from my moving preparation if I based my experience with uhaul on that experience I never would patronize your company ever again, I have a 15ft truck to pick up tomorrow at the Stockbridge location tomorrow and hopefully it goes well and my money and time isn't wasted!
KIMYATTA S.Uhaul needs to stop over holding funds in their customers account even though the funds go back out is the inconvenience of having funds held for days and days without knowing when it will be available again my most recent situation is although my final cost was $198 Uhaul held up basically $400 in my account which there's still $101 being held that is just unacceptable.

Octavis S.Walked in with a reservation...was told by the front desk clerk that they were closed because she was on her lunch break and they would reopen at 2pm...i said i had a reservation and she said she had already clocked out and she wasn;t suppose to clock back in but she did and gave me the truck...can't believe this kind of service..you don;t tell customers that...will use somebody else next time

Prudent G.They provided the wrong key to the truck and had the truck parked in a position that was hard for me back out. It took 2 people guiding me out of the small parking lot. They should always back the truck in for clients to have easy access. This was supposed to be a contactless transaction but bc the the key issue I had to make contact 2 times with the agent.

On her way out of the parking lot spoke to us with a condescending tone and made unkind facial expressions to us telling us that we were blocking the flow of traffic. I said yes maam and she drove off shaking her head at us. She didnt say hello or entreat us as customers. She acted as if we were being a nuisance. I won't use this location again. First and last time

Tammy M.I preferred a appliance dolly for $10 and it was not in the truck, when I pick up the truck for my 6 hour planed move. The location was not opened at the time, I picked up the truck, so there was nothing I could do. This is the 2nd time within a year, that I ordered a U-Haul and the dolly was not in the truck. Very disappointed!!!!

Reid P.The truck I was given was filthy. It smelled like an ashtray and there were cigarette ashes in every cup holder and pocket in the truck. There was also white dog hair everywhere. Since I was pushed for time, I had to take the truck. Then I was charged a clean-up fee when I returned the truck in the same condition I received it in.
