The truck we had reserved was not available. We waited an hour for approval to take a larger truck. Upon our return at 3:00pm, the attendant had a sign in the door, Out to Lunch. I waited 30 minutes and via on line chat, dropped off the keys. After the bill hit my credit card, I spoke with a manager who did provide a discount on the charges.

We are subject to over billing that Uhaulldoesn't seem willing to correct. Although we returned the van in good order after just over two hours of use, replenished the gas we used, returned the keys at that time, and only drove 25.2 miles, we have received $489.70 in late fees attached to our credit card without notifying us directly. The attempted correction by Haul was only $386.50 charging $85.17 over the original $54 we paid at the time off the rental. This included $55 for mileage over the original contract when we only drove the 25 miles we claimed we would drive before paying for the rental on that day. I have a message that I am supposed to receive a call from you to correct the problem, yet I haven't heard from anyone. I expect to get all $489.70 back because we paid for the rental before you started charging us for late fees that were unwarranted.

My reservation was overlooked, so they gave me a dirty truck. It took over an hour to get out the door and I was the only customer there. I was also billed for 4 days even though I turned my truck in the next day. I am still trying to get those charges removed. Overall a horrible experience.

No rented dollies were included, associate working desk at this location let me borrow one small and one large dolly and additional blankets upon returning. Furniture dolly that was reserved was not present or available at location. Truck was in fair to poor condition.

It took 2 weeks to process my actually total. U haul was more then willingly to just accept extra money from a customer. The location would not pick up the phone during business times. There is still a discrepancy over receiving my money back. The rents itself was fine. The self check out was terrible. I never received a call about the order after I turned it in. Extremely doubtful I would be using U haul or Atleast this location for moving items again.

1. The phone number for this location as it’s listed on google does not work. +1 (404) 994-7762 2. During pickup and drop off the employee said she worked for SecurCare Self storage and not U-Haul therefore was unwilling to help me with my issues. 3. The truck cargo area and cabin were filthy 4. The passenger rear tire sidewall was worn so bad the letters were completely rubbed off which was concerning because of what happened on my previous rental. 5. The truck idled very rough as if it were about to stall. I did ask the employee who ran the U-Haul and she said securcare storage. But even though she works for the storage company she was adamant that she did not work for U-Haul. She actually said that it doesn’t put money in her pocket. Her name was Manet according to her…no name tag.

It took one hour to pick up my vehicle. The employees were away on an extended lunch and not available at the location. When they arrived, it took an extensive amount of time to complete paperwork even though I had completed the online check in. The employees were not knowledgeable about the vehicles or the check in process. Even though I reserved moving blankets and a dolly, none were available when I picked up the vehicle.

The rental when I first got it was disgusting, it even had a bottle with pee in it, but the location manager was very kind and understanding and even helped me cleaned it. But it was terrible when I first entered the truck. The customer service was outstanding.

In my book, if you all are serious about maintaining and improving the level and quality of service, then my recommendation is to make sure that MINNETTE is taken care of (not to sound cliche, but seriously you have to give credit where credit is due) because she provided expedient service that goes above and beyond what is now the corporate norm:. During a difficult move, this made a world of a difference for me. Working with Minnette has been truly a blessing, especially after a failed earlier attempt to rent a truck at a different location up the street (where there wasn’t even a visible clerk ) and a botched moving job. On top of the excellent service, the office area and truck were neat and clean too.

Couldn't get the seat belt warning to stop, even with seat belt on. Also, we couldn't get the web site, location part, to work when we tried to check the truck in. When we picked up the truck though, the lady at the office was terrific.

I received two confirmation emails and a call from this location letting me know I would be able to pick up my Uhaull at 8am on June 11th. I arrived at 8am and there was no one there. I waited until 10am to receive my vehicle without apology for the inconvenience. As I drove up to my final destination, the oil light comes on. I immediately called Uhaul roadside assistance to ask for help and spoke with Joi. She said that a technician would be there to assist in 90 minutes. I checked the oil stick and it was completely dry. I drove down the street to pick up 10 quarts of oil and placed them in the sump. I notified Joi that we would no longer need assistance. I proceeded with my drive and Joi called me back and notified me that I would need to turn around as I overfilled the oil container and would need to wait for assistance. My conversation with her was not the most productive and I continued on my way to the final destination.

I was charged for a dolly that was not given to me, so I was sent to an actual Uhaul facility and they charged me for a dolly even though I was supposed to get one and never received it.

All was well organized. The storage manager, Minnette, who took care of my u-haul rental was great! She quickly processed the checkin, showed me the truck and how to open and close safely the back. Very kind and helpful!

I was charged 50 addition mile for my rental. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture of the odometer when I picked it up, but I only drove 30 miles to my destination and was charged for 80+. Next time I will be sure to triple check the milage noted on the contact and vehicle.

Maxine smoothed our return of the truck and made it easy, when the original turn-in location proved unworkable and unhelpful. She solved the problem with grace and a smile! This storage facility is also very accessible and clean and bright, under her management. Thank you Maxine!

The self checkout process is not seamless and many of the employees at the Authorized Dealer locations don’t know how it works. When I got there, my key was not in the lockbox like it was supposed to be. Another customer arrived having the same issues with the self check out process. In the future, I will just go to a regular uhaul location.

The verification self return link I was texted did not work produced an error message. If you’re going to have this kind of technology for customers to use it needs to work. I had to make several calls to uhaul cust service because of this which made doing the self drop off actually rather complicated and time-consuming.

the app was TERRIBLE. I tried to upload a photo at the end of my rental and it would not upload. Wait time was 63 minutes so I waited only to be hung up on and received a message the call back had been cancelled. I cannot believe there is not an option to close the reservation, submit the details and request a human verification. Horrendous experience with the inner workings of UHAUL.. This location was wonderful..

I reserved and paid for a regular sized dolly that was $10 extra. This location only had a small dolly available that was listed at $7, however I was charged the full $10. The dolly was too small and inefficient for my move. Make sure that if a customer reserves specific equipment that they have to pay for that it is available on the day of pickup. The lady that helped me was nice but didn't know a lot about U-haul products and services and that is because she was an employee from the storage facility across the street and didn't even work there.

The location has so little to do with your process. I was fortunate to encounter a delightfully helpful lady for my rental, but had just the opposite experience for the drop off. “I don’t work for U-Haul” said the angry woman showing the Secure Storage logo on her shirt. She told me I had to follow a link in an email from you. Fortunately I could find the link because she didn’t have the patience, or inclination, to help. However the link couldn’t find my location completely stopping the process. Finally, after three tries, got a helpful customer service person on the phone to walk me through the drop off. Won’t use this location again.

When we walked into the storage center that has staff that are meant to help facilitate renting the uhaul trucks, we were made to feel that we had come to the wrong place. The attendant repeatedly explained she did not work for uhaul and explained we would have to order from u haul online. We completed online order on our phones, and she eventually helped us and gave us the keys to the truck. She was unpleasant, unprofessional, and made the process very stressful for no apparent reason. We ordered boxes from her initially, and when she directed us to order our own truck online, we found the boxes were significantly cheaper there. She refused to refund our box purchase and was unnecessarily unpleasant about it. The u haul phone number customer service was wonderful. We had a lovely experience with a pleasant woman on return of the truck, and her patience and kindness nearly made up for the rest. I wish I remembered her name, but she deserves direct praise for her work.

I had to wait over an hour to get my truck. The worker was very rude. The wrong dolly was in the truck. The air vents in the truck did not work. No air no heat. Uhaul nickel and dimes you, they are a poor company.

Very poorly staffed. Opens 30 minutes later than stated hours (10:30 am vs. 10:00 am as advertised.) Closed for long lunches during the middle of the day, so nobody to check in my return mid day. Charged me for an additional rental day and for a full tank of gas although total mileage was less than 20 miles round trip, so I had to call national office to get a refund. Did not find my preregistration of license so it took an additional 20 minutes to check out. Did not seem to know how to work the computer registration. Did not have furniture cart that I had previously ordered. I will not use this location again as it is obviously very poorly staffed and managed.

I been to 2 locations, checked 6 locations to get the vehicle. The location had vehicle. It was too far away from my location. Representative didn't explain the insurance charges. Otherwise, I could save $29/- and use my my insurance.
