The lady at this place was super nice but I am mad because I reserved a trailer at Schererville, IN and it was very inconvenient to drive to this pick up location. Why in the world would you reserve at a place where it is the best for you and then have to drive 20 miles one way and 20 miles back. Ridiculous!! Especially for someone who is from a little town and does not drive in big city traffic!! Shame on you guys because you know people are vulnerable in these situations.

When uhaul promises a specific size truck at a specific location on a specific date and at a specific time; then uhaul should honor that. In fact, i had such a run around to find another location (despite several helpful agents) and lost 3 hours of my time that it did not allow me to utilize my moving team. And, it took the full day to load making it impossible for us to drive the 4 hours the same day. Further, the truck size they were able to provide was as too long to go up the drive, which meant twice the walking for each and every item. While this had nothing to do with this particular location, I was not pleased with my uhaul experience.

Lady that helped me was very nice. I've been to other uhaul locations and they just seem to want to push you along and get you out, which is ok, but just seems too robotic

I would not ever rent from this location again. The lady showed up 45 minutes late. Then she said she made it to where we can return to any location and she did not which made it difficult to return. They were terrible.

I was told a certain charge when I rented the van, and that was the same charge on the paper and in my email. But once I dropped off the truck my card was charged an extra $27.80. The truck was returned on time, I brought it back with way more gas and the miles were what I said. So I don't understand how I was charged extra.

I returned the truck with a quarter of a tank of gas as requested but was told it was 1/8 . On top of the $117 to rent the truck for the day, I was charged an extra 75.00 For gas and mileage overages so I was told

The size of truck requested was not available,so a smaller van was given than what was ordered. Had to go back in office to redo paperwork to get a larger truck losing valuable time and having to pay for an extra hour of labor help.

Your company jacked me around and sent me to two different places, neither one had the truck, I had to settle for a smaller truck that did not meet my needs, and I was treated like garbage. Your district management did not even have the decency to contact me!

Truck was 2 qts low on oil,coolant reserve was empty, and when I rented the truck on your online questioner asked for Approx miles so I told them 120 when the truck was returned with 128 miles i was going to be charged for extra mileage until I informed them of the oil and coolant situation that I paid for. 20.00 dollars for going 8 miles over on an estimate....ridiculous.

I had a ruff day and Karen was God sent. She made my day complete with excellent customer service and having a truck for me. The only thing that I would say is each truck should have a dolly at no additional charge.. It should be part of the truck.. other than that I have no complaints. Your company sucks. I will never deal with it again. Shelbyville was great and the gentleman handled me accordingly. MY CONTRACT stated my drop off was PORTAGE INDIANA. NEVER stated a specific location. It stated that I can have any drop off in portage. EVERY SINGLE one I took it to refused my service. I called customer service immediately, enraged. I spoke with Tiffany. SHE SUCKED. She was very unprofessional and did not represent your company well at all. Upon speaking to Tiffany, your company’s recording stated that our call was being recorded and if I had wanted a copy I can request one from the agent at any time. I requested it so I could file a complaint with your company and never received the recording. Your company let me down and was a huge inconvenience and I will never do business with you ever again.

They took 4 days to check in my truck and then tried to charge me for it!!!

This was NOT the drop off location. These kind, helpful people contaced Jerry Duggins for me and were finally allowed to let me have the truck 2-1/2 hours later. A GIANT catastrophe. Promises pf monetary reimbursement were not made as promised by Mr. Duggins, your Area Field Manager.

Refund the money I was charged for cleaning when I returned the truck. When picked up there was no walk around with the renter so I opened truck and it was filthy so I returned in the same condition. If you are going to charge someone for cleaning then you need to have it clean before it's rented.

The process was slow. The computer took a very long time to complete the process and the place is set to open at 10 AM I was there before 10 AM to return my trailer and waited until 10:15 but there was no one there to sign off that it was returned.

Store was supposed to be open. Was not, stopped by another .5 mile down the road, also closed. Then was confronted in this awful neighborhood by odd men saying the owner would arrive in 30-40 minutes, which is about an hour after they were supposed to open. Two thumbs down!

Was to pick up trailer at 10 AM. Didn't get it till 11:30. They said the size ball I had was ok, 2/5-16ths. It was too big. Had to go back home and get a 2" ball. Trailer worked fine.
