The store should have been open at Noon I had an appointment for 1:00 owner was not there I called him to come to his store. He was sleeping. Waited 45 min for him to arrive. The trailer had 4 tires low on air pressure and brakes did not work on any of the wheels. Will not rent a flat bed from Uhual ever again.

This was the location I was told to drop off at. It is a used car lot that is barely 75 feet wide with no room to turn around once you are in the lot. No one was there when I showed up. I called the number to the location. Told the person I was there. He said he would be there in 10 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes I called him back asking why he hadn't showed up yet. I was told he would be there in 5 minutes. Another 20 minutes went by before he finally showed up. After checking the truck for damage he went inside and got on the UHaul website. A few minutes later he told me I owed them 100 dollars. I was furious. I was owed 100 dollars cash from my cash deposit I had given them in Fayetteville. After a heated discussion he admitted he had made a mistake and told me I was correct but his location did not give out cash deposits back. I was told to take the truck down the street to another location that could. Being that I had a 26 ft truck with another 20 ft car carrier on the back with nowhere to turn around I had no option except to try and back out into 7 lanes of traffic which I chose not to do. I had no one to stop traffic for me to do so. We called customer service. Customer service told me I had to take the truck down the street to get my deposit back. After agreeing to get paid back by check the guy at the Uhaul lot said he could not close out my account for some reason. He called the guy at the second lot asking why. Both could not figure out how to do it. After being at the lot for 3 hours just to turn in a truck that should have taken no longer than 20 minutes I left. I missed 2 hours of work and was reprimanded by my boss. I received no paperwork that showed that I owed Uhaul nothing because they couldn't figure out how to close my rental out. 1 hour later I received an email showing I'm receiving a 100 dollar check in the mail. Only there's one problem. My name is spelled wrong. You would think a company that already has all your information on a rental contract would get your name spelled correctly. My name is Daniel J Horne Jr. UHaul wrote the check out to Danil Horne. So even when I get my check I won't be able to cash it. This is has been one big nightmare renting a truck from you. I've used Uhaul my whole life when moving but I'm sure nothing will be done to help my situation or help me get back the 30 bucks I lost in pay taking a truck that was 3 hours long. Un fucking believable. Instead of rating it poor you need a rating that says FUCKING TERRIBLE in big giant letters.

This location is on a used car lot where the office is not well maintained. Weird that I was sent here when there is a UHaul center down the street. The gentleman helping me was very nice and was trying real hard despite internet problems.

For some reason, the agent charged me $48.52 but Haul charged me over $55. He didn't understand why and said my credit card probably charged me extra and I needed to contact them. Once I did the credit card company informed me they did NOT add a few to the haul rental. So my money is just gone bye bye. But great customer service experience with gentleman at Second Chance Auto on Oglethorpe Blvd, Albany GA.

I was very disappointed with the first location I was given to pick up the trailer. I was driving 80 miles to pick up the trailer before they closed at 5pm. About half way their I called the uhaul site to make sure I had the correct directions to get there. A woman answered and after she confirmed the directions she told me the man that does the rentals had already gone for the day. I asked her what I was suppose to do, and she hung up on me. When I called the uhaul help line they were very helpful in getting me another trailer pick up. Drop off agent in Nashville was very nice as well.

Service truck before offering to another customer..truck had no air and broke f Down twice..the second breakdown the belt broke and a.c. compressor went out shock caused me to call a tow truck

The location was a small used car lot that was unattended when we arrived. Our reservation location and time were changed by a voice message from a Uhaul marketing company and we could not get through the hold wait to speak with customer service. The driver's door would not close properly on the 10' truck, so it rained on my left arm during several thunderstorms. On the plus side, it ran strong and the cargo area was clean
