Don't lie to customers
Sean RThe location was not open on Monday but someone went in before 5 o’clock in the morning to check the equipment and send me my final invoice. I really appreciated that.

PATRICIABINGHAM P1. The pickup location shifted once. When we got to the second location, they didn't have our truck, but went our of their way to make sure our needs were met at yet a 3rd location. 2. Returning the vehicle using the iPhone pathway was problematic. Had nothing to do with this location, however.
DAN GNothing to say about this location other then it was closed on a Monday when we returned the equipment. The one complaint I do have is with the car dolly as I almost lost my Colorado 4 times during the trip.
KEITHPHILIP JNo one from Uhaul had any idea where a was to drop off the trailer. Uhaul a very poor operation!!
