Truck has steering issue. It wonders doen the road like a beagle on a rabbit. Not for inexperienced driver on busy 2 lane roads. Needs mechanical look over.Garth L.

They called us multiple times throughout the week asking us when we we're returning the equipment even though we had it rented for a week straight. They also kept calling to ask for our debit card number and when we wouldn't give it to them because we did everything through the website they would hang up on us. I had previously reserved a uhaul at a different location. When I got to said location, it showed I had no reservation therefore could not get the truck. That left me scrambling to find one as that was the only day I was available to use it. Luckily the new location came through.Jonathan T.

This store was fine, the overall experience was crap. Didn't have the truck anywhere in my vicinity, had to pay extra miles because of Uhauls screw up, didn't have a one way truck, so had to pay extra miles to take it back to the same store. Why is uhaul the only company that still charges by mile?Brandon P.

I originally reserved a 10' not knowing the difference in size of the hauling space. When I went to pick it up, I realized it wouldn't be large enough for everything I needed to haul. When I asked if the larger uhaul in the lot was available, the man at Sears location in Kittanning responded that it wasn't. So, I paid for the 10' and made a few trips but still need more moved. Meanwhile, point A and point B were in the path of this location. The larger uhaul never left the lot. That tells me it was available. Now I have to pay for a second uhaul to get the remainder of my house moved from point A to point B. Doubling the moving cost. Not sure if this was a matter of paperwork, laziness on the employees part or what. But the larger truck was obviously available the entire time. Not happy about that.darci M.

Not having the size trailer I wanted even after a 3 week reservation that I had to follow up on. Then it became a two week reservation. Not trusting what I was told I followed up again only to have to use a larger trailer that I did not need that cost me more money in gas for my trip. Then to top it off one of the tires had a slow leak that needed repaired. When I called for help I was told it would take approximately 2 hours to get to me, so I payed to have it fixed myself.Gregory H.

Not acknowledged when walking in. Location was too busy at the time. We ended up doing the mobile drop off on our phone.DONALD S.
Box trailers need trailer jacks installed. We had to load, disconnect (lock) overnight and reconnect for our cross country trip. The disconnect would be impossible if not for me having a hydraulic bottle jack to complete the task. Box trailers need hitches that can be locked to the ball when renting. While doing overnight sleep stops, the possibility of stealing the trailer exist, although it would be mighty heavy to remove but possible.Patrick C.

Started to rain on the drive...wiper blades couldnt clear the windsheild properly thus making vision very dificult. Truck tended to wonder on the highway as in wanted to fallow the ruts and waves due to an alignment issue. At 40 mph the truck vibrated like crazy most likely due to a bad universal joint on the driveline. Speedometer was off by 4 miles. For a truck with a little over 91k miles it sure had some issues. Saving fuel was literally impossible with smaller tires and a huge lack of power. Consistently having to put in passing gear just to keep the speedlimitPiper R.

Get your online reservations on point with what is actually available. Had to drive way out of the way to pick up a trailer that was supposed to be 10 minutes from us. Also need to pay attention to lights on your trailers. Also since it was an inconvenience for us to drive out of the way, we were supposed to get a discount on the rental plus have it from Friday-sundwy per my email. However at location they told me it had to be back Saturday. Online it told me I owed 25.00, I'm being charged double that.Casey O.
The equipment is in the front of the store and behind, with no way for the customer to know where their vehicle is. I had to call customer support because no one told me that the truck would not be out front and I could not locate it.Jesse F.
