I TRIED TO PUT IN MILEAGE ON THE WEBSITE N I WASNT ABLE TO GET BACK IN THE TRUCK MY KNEES ARE SUPER BAD IT WAS EXTREMELY HARD FOR ME TO GET IN THE TRUCK I HAD TO USE A STEP STOOL N THE I PULLED A MUSCLE IN MY BACK FROM GETTING OUT CUZ I DIDNT HAVE STOOL WITH ME I REALLY THINK THE TRUCKS SHOULD HAVEAN EXTRA STEP FOR OLDER PEOPLE THAT HAVE ISSUES OF GETTING IN N OUTTA OF TRUCKS LIKE THESE I DONT THINK PEOPLE SHOULD HAVE TO USE A WEBSITE TO TURN KEY BACK IN JUST MY OPINION

Maintenance wasnt done before pickup. Also called daily to rerent the vehicle and was back on time for checkout. Thought I checked in with the gentlemen inside the store. About 10 minutes after checkout time a woman appeared from the bathroom or back??? And told me to drop the keys in the back because it was after hours and then I was charged a late fee and more additional charges when zi arrived 5 minutes before my due date. This cost me $30 in late fees plus additional charges for miles and the amount bounced at my bank because I shouldnt have been charged in the first place. This also caused me an overdraft fee of $35. I will never recommend uhaul from the mcminnville Sears uhaul again. Crooked, lazy, lying sales pe rson

This was a Godsend. My van was full of gas and very clean. I kept extending my return dates as my project took much longer than I anticipated. They were very easy to contact and very friendly. I would highly recommend Sears Hometown for any rental need.

A year or two when I used this location, it was great. But this time, I had the same experience that another person I know had. He told me not to use that location as the older lady who worked the front desk had an attitude and made the transaction very uncomfortable. Frankly, I had forgotten his warning until I was sharing my story with him, how I felt she had some kind of problem. He then reminded me of what he had told me. I could actually go on and on, but I will say I have NEVERbefore left a negative review.....ever! The other person wanted to go on google and blast the company but I asked him not to as I feel people should have an opportunity to fix it.

App did not work. Store was open at 9 but they would not help until 10am. Called customer service and they were no help. Return app did not work either 9pm 1hour 4 min on phone and they disconnected me. Called back 30 min wait and they said app was not working. Truck leaked and everything got soaked. Leaving the country so no time to file a claim. When I return I will never use uhaul again.

We had rented a 26 foot truck but when we showed up it was the 20 foot. No one called us to let us know. It took us one extra trip and we had to let the movers we hired go because we only had them for four hours.

yThe employees were very kind, but I had a couple of issues. I didn't get a reply to the question I submitted with my reservation until I arrived at the location, which was too late. . They hooked up the trailer, said I was good to go, and walked off. I noticed the jack was still down and told them. They apologized, came back and finished getting it ready.

Misleading prices, I would say FALSE ADVERTISING. Honestly will think twice before recommending this to anyone. My advice would be to not use uhaul because of the very misleading pricing. Another inconvenience was the fact that they did not accept cash. Why open up a location where you limit the ability to pay.

Service was slow overall. The pick-up interior was dirty with dog hair and accumulated dirt in the cab. The windows were smudged. It had not been cleaned since at least the previous rental. Disgusting, especially during a pandemic. Masks worn by staff are hit and miss.

Your website sucks. I was on hold for 30 minutes trying to pick up my truck, then spoke with someone (who was very nice and helpful) for another 30 minutes as they helped me with the contact free check in process. Ended up giving up and returning one the office opened up because your stupid fucking company policy tried to call my alternate contact as if people answer random numbers anymore. No heads up so I could have them answer the phone, just go and call my father in the early morning. Every person in your customer service team was great, it just sucks they have to work for you. I regret doing business with uhaul and never will again. Make your website easy, calm the fuck down with your requirements for selfies, passports, and calling people to do a background check when I have shit to do. And lastly: go fuck yourselves you greedy money-hungry corporate fucks.

The pickup experience was fabulous, but out of my way. The reservation experience was horrible. Uhaul customer service is a horrid example of service. Couldn't get us a truck at the location that we reserved. A reservation with Uhaul doesn't mean that anything is actually reserved. What a joke. If Uhaul didn't have a near monopoly, I would be going elsewhere next time.

The after hours return process is not easy/did not work. The customer service line had a 60 minute wait.

The after hours checkout system is unclear. When you have to turn on location services, there are TWO places where you have to change settings to complete that step, and the instructions only address one of those. I ended up calling the 800 #, waited on hold for 15 minutes, then it took the rep one minute to walk me through the other setting revision. I bet he has to do that all the time. Seems like the prompt that instructs you to change your location allowances needs to be more complete, at least for iOS.

Very friendly and helpful once I got to the location. However, I was only notified of the change of pick up location by email an hour after my scheduled pick up time. Apparently I was called twice, but there was no identification on the call and no message was left, so it seemed like a typical spam call. Overall, it took me an extra hour to drive to the new location. That said, I was glad that the system tracked my request during a very busy time and that a trailer was available. And, once at the location, the service was excellent.

I did not like the mix up on your part and the two statements form the dealer and Corporate. Dealer said 'Oh..We have to take all the money out to refund". Corporate: Oh we did not take it out yet." We tried to check in but the guy inside said the uhaul person had left. We had called ahead to let them know we were running late due to road work and the SOB's still overcharged us. We were helping our disabled, retired Navy vet dad to move. I would never go to this drop off location ever again.

Clean the inside of trucks out there was something sticky spilled all over the seat and steering wheel. And had to wash the bugs off of windshield cause it was bad.
