I have never in my life been so mistreated by a company. I was sent two separate emails back to back giving my separate locations to pick up my truck. I was then sent a text with a number to call and confirm my reservation. When I called I was told they had no idea what I was talking about and when I asked if I could speak to a supervisor to figure out who I should call I was told I wasn't listening and must been dumb. I cannot believe you all people to behave like this as representatives for your company. I will never use you again.Hannah S.
