Mobile check in and check out took forever and there were issues during both. Took way longer than it should have.

They don't have Dolly's and I was not informed of that when I called uhaul directly to book my truck and dolly as a result my mother in law sprang her wrist lifting things that would have been on the dolly had it be there as I had ordered it. Due to me extending my contract I was charged 2 deposits 1st one was $103 2 Nd one was 113. This caused my storage with another company bounce and i recieved a call telling me that I can't get into me locker until the amount is paid in full which I was unable to come up with and had to put my stuff in a friend's garage or I don't come up with the money this upcoming weeks
Crystal MThis location is not in a great neighborhood. When I picked up the U-Haul the back of the truck was not clean. There were empty alcohol bottles, a bottle with cigarette butts, empty needle packages and empty/used razorblades. I would not ever recommend this location

April CDon’t use this location in the future - it took an hour to complete the process even thought I had done all the pre-pickup work online and there was no one ahead of me when I arrived. I don’t know why U-Haul would use a location like this.
Pat BThey continuously made mistakes to the point where I received my rental an hour late and they imputed the wrong return time. The truck was filthy and there were drunks arguing inside.
